Geet looks at Maan confused...
Geet: aap mujhe kyun rokhthe ho? ye mera zameen hai, mein isse kissi ko bhi bhej sakthi, haina?
Maan: par Geeet
Geet: Maan sir, mujhe mat rokho
Maan: Geet, ek bar padlo, phir sign karo
Geet then thinks that it's good to read before signing...
So Maan's experience has come in handy...
Geet reads and finds that it's been transferred to Daman's name...
Geet gets angry...
Geet wants to help her sister but not this rascal...
Geet tears off the papers...
Daman gets angry...
Geet: par ek shard hai, mein ye zameen apne didi ke naam karwana chahthi hoon
Maan: that's better
Sarpanchji: mein uske intrezaam kartha hoon
Geet is happy now...she thanks sarpanchji...
Sarpanchji: Geet beta aap unke saath jaana chahthe haina?
Even sarpanchji got this idea only after meeting Maan and only after he knew that Maan is there for Geet he decided to propose this deal...
Geet looks at her sister and mother
Her mother breaks her silence now...
Ranno: ji sarpanchji, Geet ko unkke saath bhejdijiye
Maan is shocked to hear this...which mother would let her daughter go with a stranger?
But Ranno knows that Maan is very different form the others, not like the men of her family...he respects women and he is kind and understanding just like Geet's uncle...and he is also a leraned man...he will definitely make a good partner for her daughter...
Maan: par mein Geet ko aaise nahi lekhe jaana chahatha hoon
Geet is shocked to hear that...
Maan looks at Ranno...
Ranno is also shocked...
Maan: mein aapke beti se shadhi karna chahatha hoon
Papaji: ye toh humme pehle hi patha hai, par ye ab meri beti nahi hai
Maan: meinne aapse nahi poocha, aap boliye, kya mein aapke beti ko shadhi kar skatha hoon?
Maan asks ranno...
Ranno is in tears...
Maan: aap ro rahe ho?
Ranno: ye toh kushi ke aasoo hai
Ranno grabs Geet's hands and takes her to the mandap...
Ranno: kya dekhthe ho? aaj meri Geet ki shadhi hai
Geet looks at Maan and Maan follows them...
Ranno: panditji, shuru kijiye
Ranno stands in the front and heads the wedding...
Buaji and Daman leave ...
Geet's didi and jijaji stay back to bless the couple...
Geet is surprised but very happy...
But she didn't expect such a sudden wedding...
She feels a little awkward...
All of a sudden her Maan sir has become her hubby...
She can't belive it...
She is Mrs.Maan Singh khurana now...
Handaji goes after her sister to pacify her...
Ranno doesn't bother about them...
She takes good care of her damadji...
Rajji is running after Geet all day...
She is happy for her Geet didi...
Sarpanchji comes with the papers...
Geet sign them and they are ready to leave...
Handaji returns and he is still angry...
Geet tries to get his blessings but he disowns her...
Tum meri beti nahi ho...chale jao...
Geet bids good bye to everyone and comes to Rajji...
She knows that her little sister needs her help...
It is not good for her to stay in that backward family and remote village...
She looks at rajji and she feels very bad for her...
She then looks at Maan...

Geet: rajji, tu mere saath aaogi?
Papaji: ye tere saath aake bheeg mangegi kya? Tu toh bekari bangayi hai, ab issko bhi bekari banana chahathe ho kya?
Handaji indirectly says that Geet has got nothing as she had given her land to her sister, and she had to depend on Maan for everything...
Papaji: mein bhi dekhtha hoon ki ye tumme kitne din sahara detha, ek din tum sadak pe kadhi hogi bekari ki tarah, tab tumme hummari yaad aayegi
Maan doesn't like this at all...
Maan: ek minute Handaji, meri patni bekari nahi, usska apna ghar hai Delhi mein, Khurana Mansion, ye dekho ye Geet Khurana ka hai
Maan shows the documents...
Maan: aur Geet ko kissi ki sahara ki koi zaroorat nahi, usske paas degree hai, woh kudh kaam karkke kamayegi, haina Geet?
Geet feels very proud to be Mrs.MSK...
Geet: toh hum Rajji ko lekhe jaa sakthe hai
Ranno: nahi Geet, abhi tooh rajji bahut choti hai, jab woh badi hogi toh tum ussko lekhe jaa sakthi, tab toh woh tummare bachon ko bhi smabal sakthi, abhi toh ye bachi haina?
Geet blushes hearing about her bache...
Maan is very happy that Ranno had welcomed him whole heartedly...
Suddenly Maan feels like a family man again...
Hare usski shadhi ho gayi, saas bhi milgayi, saali bhi, patni toh hai hi aur bache bhi honge, ho gaya na family man...
Dadi hothe toh bahut kush hohte, haina?
Geet leaves with Maan...
On their way back to Delhi...
Maan keeps staring Geet...
Geet feels nervous...
She finds something different in his look...
Yes, Maan has become naughty...
He knows that now Geet couldn't say no to him...
But Geet is still very shy...
How could one change all of a sudden...
He is still that Maan sir whom she is still scared of...
Maybe now he will not scold her, for she is his wifey...
Maybe now she can fight with him fullon for she has got her rights over him...
Maan breaks the silence...
Maan is used to long quiet drives but not when Geet is with him...
Now he can't tolerate her silence...
Why is she keeping mum...
She always keeps on going and going till his ears could no longer stand them...
But today it's different, she has become his Geet and he wants to hear her more...
Maan: kya hua Geet?
Geet looks at him and stares...
Maan: hare, tummari bolthi kyun band ho gayi?
Geet thinks...mere bolthi ki kudh band karkke ab mujhe hi sawaal karthe ho?
Sab ke samne achche ban ne ke liye mujhse shahdi karliya haina?
Aur mujhse ek bar bhi nahi poocha ki mein iss shadhi ke liye tayaar bhi hoon ya nahi?
Babaji, aap hi bathao, mein shadhi se bachne ke liye inke madat mangthhi thi aur ye janab toh kudh shadhi karna chahathe the...
Mein bhi kitni pagal hoon, meinne aaise kaisa sochliya ki ye bahut hi alag hai, ye bhi toh mard hi haina? Inko sirf ladhkiyan shadhi ke layak lagthe...
Geet is little angry with Maan...
Abhi bhi Geet ki exams bakhi hai, aur uskke badh koi achche naukri join karna hoga...
Itne sab chodkke Geet Maan ke biwi bankke ghar sambalegi kya?
Maan: Geet, ab kya soch rahi ho? iss Maan sir ko kaise sambalein babaji? Yahi soch thi haina?
Geet: babaji, mein aap se shikayat karthi toh aap seedhe inko message karthe ho kya?
Maan: hare, babaji ko ab kyun pareshaan karthe ho? mein yahi hoon, tere samne, mujhse hi poochlo ki meinne shadhi kyun kiya?
Geet: haaan, aapne shadhi kyun ki?
Maan looks at Geet and drools...
Maan : koi bhi mard se poochlo ki woh shadhi kyun karthe?
Geet: kya? Meinne koi bhi mard se shadhi thodi nahi kiya hai, meine toh MSK se shadhi kiya hai, issiliye, Mr.Khurana, jawaab do, aapne aaisa kyun kiya? Meinne sirf aapko shadhi rokhne ko kaha, shadhi karne ki nahi
Maan: Geet, mein aaise hi tumme lekhe aatha toh log tummare barein mein kya kahenge?
Geet: kya kahenge?
Maan: Geet apne pariwaar ki izzat ko mitti mein milakke kissi aadmi ke saath bhaag gayi hai, usski mausi ne ussko kaise sanskaar diya hai? kitne bhi pade likhe bhi ho, ladhkiyan toh ghar se bahar jaathe hi bigad jaathe, ab hum apne ladhkiyon ko Geet ki tarah bigadne nahi denge, aaise hi kehthe haina?
Geet: aap itne kyun sochthe ho? woh jo bhi soche aapko kya farak padtha?
Maan: farak padtha hai Geet? dusron ke samne tummari beizaathi toh mein kabhi nahi seh saktha hoon Geet, ab log tummari izzat karenge, kash hummari beti bhi Geet ki tarah padh sakthi? Ab hummari betiyan bhi padhenge aur kuch banke dikayenge, jaise ki hummari Geet,mein aaise batein hi sunna chahatha hoon Geet
Geet is surprised...
Her uncle always thinks like this...he tells that girls should get educated and must lead their little sisters...they should prove that girls can lead an independent life and still manage their family... educated girls need not shy away from their family responsibilities...freedom doesn't mean leading a single life or moving away from our culture...
Geet never agreed with her Uncleji, she always wanted to be independent and lead a single life not to be trapped in a family, becoming a slave to a man...
Her aunty would say that she is married and yet she is happy and independent...
Uncle would say that on;y he has lost hs freedom and has become a slave to her anunty...
Geet would say that she would wait for someone like her uncle...
Aunty would say that there is no one like her uncle and she would remain single till the end if she wants a hubby like her uncle...
But somehow Maan is similar to her uncle yet he is so different...
Geet has found someone who is so concerned about her respect as an individual yet so protective and possessive about her, it's like Geet is the kite and Maan is the rope holding her, she may raise higher and hidher but Maan is always there to guide her and help her sail in the wind...
That conversation ends abtrubtly for Geet had no more questions...
Maan has shut her mouth with a single answer...
