Simar and Roli's facial features remains the same and the makeup fails to hide their identity. If we audience can recognise them immediately, how can a shrewd Jawala and her secretary fail to recognise them? A gown, a hat, specs wont change the person's looks. It was a golden opportunity to show and they failed miserably. The men were far better in their sikh makeup.

Jwala's track was interesting. But roli and simar did not matchup. Instead they should have given those roles to their male protagonists who were much more convincing in their makeup and also acting.
