Next day morning @7am

Kalpi is getting ready for her interview.. She looks at her room and remebers her own house in mumbai.. She hears her mom asking her to have tea.. Her dad trying to wake up her Dada and among all this she is getting ready to go for office.. She smile looking at all this.. Just then she hears someone screaming Kalpi... It's Payal.. She realizes she was just dreaming about her family.. Payal screams again from the bathroom..

Payal : Kalpi.. R u there??

Kalpi : Yes Payal, I am here only.. What do u want??

Payal : Sorry but can u give me towel?? It's my old habit to forget things outside.. till now I was alone in the room so never cared about it but today I can't come out naa!! Please give my towel...

Kalpi smiles listening to this.. She really likes Payal.. It's been one day only but they are too comfortable with each other.

Kalpi(teasingly) : So what.. Come out today as well... M not gonna mind.. I too wanna check you out!!

Payal : Oye.. U straight na?? Look m not interested in girls.. Please give me towel.. Else I won't let u go for interview

Kalpi : Accha!! I m leaving..Come out and stop me.

Payal : Kalpi ki bacchi I will see u.. right now give me towel..

Kalpi : Okay baba.. giving!! But come out fast.. M getting late.

Payal : It's only 9:30 yr.. U have to reach on 11. Why r u hurrying so much. Oberoi's industry is just 2 kms away from Roy's cafe.

Kalpi : M new to the city so don't wanna take risk.

Payal : What do u think?? You will go on ur own?? M coming to drop u.. On my Dhanno.. My scooty yr!!

Kalpi : No Payal.. I have came here to become independent.. I can't take any favor from anyone.

Payal : Kalpi.. U won't become dependent by taking anyone's help.. It's good to have someone by ur side.. Why are u so serious types?? M just coming to support u. Am having an off today.. so I am free.. N still if u dnt want to take favor than u can pay for the ride... A chocobar and dairymilk won't cost much!! Enough of this discussion now.. Let's eat something... I cnt stay hungry after takin bath.

Kalpi can't deny now.. After breakfast Payal drops her at office and tells her that she will meet her in night as she is going out to meet someone. Kalpi thanks her for the ride but Payal hugs her and says.. U feel like my own. Kalpi feels happy by this.. Payal remind her of Pakya.. She decides to call her before interview..

Pakya : Hello

Kalpi : Dada

Pakya.. Kalpi!! Where r u?? From where r u calling?? Whose number is this?? Why u left us?? U noe.. so worried we were.. Temme ur address.. M coming to receive u.. Kalpi why r u not saying anything..

Kalpi : Dada will u let me speak??

Pakya : No.. No need to say anything, just give me ur address.. M coming!

Kalpi : Dada m not coming back.. I am in Delhi and I have found a job for myself.. Going for another interview. I just called u to ask about u. How r u dada?? N hows ayi baba??

Pakya : How can we b without u?? Come back Kalpi..

Kalpi : Dada please.. Don't u want to see me happy?? I am very happy here. U know I am living in a hostel.. My roommate is just like u.. She doesn't let me miss u guys.. dada.. U just tell ayi that I am fine and I will back after achieving my aim. Right now I am calling from a PCO but soon I will purchase a new sim..

Pakya : Won't u talk with Ayi??

Kalpi : No dada, She will ask to come back and I won't be able to deny her. Okay bye Dada.. I have to go now.

After the call Kalpi goes inside the building of Oberoi industries.. She is shocked to see the interior and culture over there.. She has worked in Sighania industries but can't compare it with that one.. So many people are wandering here and there..

Kalpi(to herself) : Is it a company or a mall?? No it can't be mall as everyone are wearing formals.. but why my interview is being held here?? Why they own that small cafe?? That cafe is such a beautiful place with peaceful atmosphere whereas this place if full of busy people!! Anyways.. It doesn't matter to me.. I am here just for an interview.

Kalpi inquires about the interview venue at reception and she is surprised to hear that she is the only person attending the interview today and boss is waiting for her. Kalpi heads toward the room.. It has nameplate.. Mr. Rohit Oberoi!! Kalpi knocks on the door. A voice calls her inside.. Inside she sees the person sitting in the chair.. reading some file.. She can't see his face as it was covered with a file.

Kalpi : Good morning Sir

Boss : Gm, Have a sit Ms. Kalpana Jadhav..

Kalpi : Thank you sir.

Boss : So miss Jadhav.. from when are you joining my cafe??

Kalpi : But sir.. u dint even saw my resume..

Boss : I dnt need to see that Kalpana..

Guy reveals his face to Kalpi and she is shocked to see him.

Kalpi : Roy??

Roy : Yes Kalpana.. That's my cafe.

Kalpi : Sorry Sir, but I can't accept this offer..

Roy : but why??

Kalpi : Coz I want to find a job on basis of my talent and not as a favor.

Roy : But I am not doing any favor on u.. I liked ur attitude yesterday and that's y m offering u job. I want an honest person for my cafe and who can be a more honest person than the one who refused to find a job on basis of recommendation... Trust me Kalpana.. If U would have accepted my offer of recommending u for the post than I would have rejected u in this interview. Neways.. Why I am giving u justification.. The job offer is purely on professional basis and if u want join u can join from tomorrow??

Kalpi(happily) : Sir, I want to join from today.

Roy : Okay.. U can come by 5. All the best.

Precap : Payal(angrily) : How could you do this Kalpana?? What the hell do you think of yourself?? We are not frnz anymore!!
