welcome to the show & forum dear. I also started watching quiet late, in mid-April, hooked due to Ragna. so I can't help you much. I can try but I may leave out important details.
but I'll give u d info about impt characters.
Kamla: a maid in Kapoors' house.
kapoors': selfish & greedy rich people.
Paakhi: Kapoors' daughter, and always lives in dreamworld. considers kamla her maa, as Kamla had given her more love & affection to her since childhood than her own mother, according to her.grown up, she always dreamt of marrying Raghav.
kalpana/Kalpi: Kamla's daughter, wants to fulfill her mother's dream of making Kalpi a memsaab & a successful career woman. her own mother used to give more attention to paakhi since her childhood, and is very intelligent plus hard working. she also ends up loving Raghav, that is falling to his wooing parts.
Raghav Singhania: Son of Kappors' business associate singhania, his father was murdered by kappors' for property, in his childhood only. He wants to avenge his father's murder, etc fro kapoors. Always had soft corner for Kalpi since childhood always helped her. grown up he is successful & rich businessman. earlier he used to hide his emotions, etc, returned to Mumbai for taking revenge from Kapoors', but eventually fell in love with Kalpi, and for the time being revenge track had got side tracked. but now, as u must be knowing its in full swings.ðŸ˜
