I Won't Die Here

I dry my eyes each night.
This happens after every fight.
The pain will never seize.
Even when I'm on my knees.

Been beaten until I turn blue,
No one knows what I go through.
Why does he drink everyday?
I sometimes wish his life away.

He brings me so much pain,
I just want to slice my vein.
After all the bleedings done,
I'll wonder who would have won.

It would be me standing there,
Fighting off my greatest fear.
I won't give him anything to hold,

I see no reason to live,
my life is all I have to give.
I'm not ready to give it up.
