All I know that "Outhouse" usually refers to the loo constructed outside the main house - dating back to the era when "attached Bathrooms" were unheard of and "slopjars" an everyday feature.

I feel like laughing everytime I hear the word "Outhouse". Usually the preferred term is "Guesthouse" or "Cottage" to refer to the small independent living unit attached to the main house.
If the Dewans were as rich or had as much exposure as they pretend to - then they would know of this basic fact. Esp. since all three Dewan Kids - Rubel, Aditya and Kaira were educated in US and UK.
