Why didn't Durga try an another good way

Like I really don't agree with what Durga is going. Like messing with her enemies who are really really smart minded. She should have maybe used the law and got Shurya arrested. She should have searched for proofs against Shurya. As many as she could. Like make the commissioner speak the truth that he destroyed the DNA reports.

for story all this lol.coming to story I think she want justice through taking revenge n if possible destroy goenkas I think as not only her sis payal n her whole family was destroyed by goenkas of keeping case on them n fighting for justice previously.

She already tried using the law and justice as Nitya but the Goenkas outsmarted her. So now she has come as Durga to defeat the Goenkas at their own game.
