They cann't spend more then the tax / revenues allocated by the goverment for have a competitive salary structure, if they do also whose gonna take the hit ultimately? taxes? . Venom of corruption is so deep rooted that there is no assurance that high salaries would discourage upar ki income, can it?

they just dont do anything unless a particular group of people dont strike for it be it autorikshaw drivers or doctors or students - they need a big issue after which they understand its importance - they think everything is fine until someone comes near their head office and try to commit suicide🤢

Lack of awareness or proactiveness is what I will think is the reason that certain issues are resolved only if blown out of propotion. However, issues of religional biasing by politions, reservations, dowry etc have beng numerous times blown was something done about it? I tell you we have the constitutional structure laid out well unfortunately not being followed in properly... due to reasons we are putting forward.. is there a end to it??... will stick to what I said initially somethings are impossible to achieve that involves masses and majority are not interested work on the right path optimistically.
