The day brought mourning with itself. The sky was dull and the breeze was humid. Lost somewhere in the valley of dreams,stood Sanyukta in her balcony; with a heavy heart, tears leaking from her eyes. Call it a metaphor, but her left hand literally weighed tons. The weight belonged to a mere diamond ring that claimed her marriage finger, resting just upon her vena amoris, holding the trash of her shattered dreams, freedom and finally, a new found feeling for her mortal enemy!
It would be very wrong to say that the past 2 years in FITE only enabled her to focus on her studies. Just as she found lifetime friends, she did find a mortal enemy, whom she hated with guts. But what changed? What happened so abruptly that caused a havoc of emotions? Despite him being the reason behind this stupid engagement, she actually has started appreciating the fact that she has him, in her life. The only person who stood through thick and thin, who always helped her despite enmity.
To heck with these emotions!
Randhir Singh Shekhawat, on the other hand, waited impatiently for his farzi to show up after the chaos. 'Ahh the look on her face will be priceless. Soon to be Mrs Mittal haha' thought Randhir, a permanent grin plastered on his face. It had been 2 hours since Sanyukta had not shown up. Sameer & family occupied the dining room, moaning over the new factory project. Oh, the surroundings lacked colours. Everything was just so black & white without Sanyukta!
Randhir was now very impatient. Such a huge thing had happened, he surely had to taunt her. After all, the day will be wasted without a taunt session and Randhir being The Randhir couldn't let that happen. Hence, he took off to see his darling! The pipe was the easiest and simplest route to her room. Randhir jumped through the window and landed straight on the soft fluffy bed that reacted on this sudden attack with a creepy creeky sound. 'Stupid bed, must have been designed by this stupid farzi, as fragile as her... huh' the thoughts of this guy were always negative.
The sight in front of him was breathtaking. Wrapped in a deep blue sari, stood a perfect figure in the balcony. The features of her were so sharp that Randhir flinched for a moment. Kohal spread around the hazel red orbs, lip gloss completely smudged, Sanyukta still managed to look mesmerising. The surrounding and Sanyukta gelled so , that for a moment, Randhir thought he was looking at a perfect painting! 'Have you lost it Randhir? When did she start looking so gorgeous to you? Well she is gorgeous but that's not the point. Say something before you completely lose it!' Randhir indeed is hopeless.
"Hello soon to be Mrs Mittal. Enjoying the last few days if your freedom? Oh well go on I'm not gonna stop you haha. Just came to see how you're doing" sarcasm was clearly visible in his voice.
Sanyukta turned abruptly and saw the Mr Emotional Chaos-er standing right in front of her. No matter how hard she tried, it was getting impossible for her to hate this guy.
"What the hell do you want now Randhir? You wanted me to go away from the college. You wanted me to go away from your life. You wanted me to get married as soon as possible. You wanted me to leave all my dreams and become a housewife. I'm fulfilling all the wishes now. I'm going away.what more do you want? " She sounded defeated. Randhir was surprised. "What more now? What more?" Tears were now flowing faster. The cry that subsided somewhere deep down the throat was now becoming harder. Randhir was shocked out of his wits. How could such a fighter lose all hopes. He had mocked her, taunted her, fought with her her. All this just to break that feminist ego inside her. And now, when she was finally broken, why was he so concerned? Why did he want to console her? Why did he want to take her into his arms and confess that he was not serious about anything he ever said to her.
Sanyukta realised that she was crying. And out of all people, she was crying in front of the MCP who was the sole reason behind everything. She turned to leave when she felt a tight grip on her hand. "Leave my hand you stupid idiot. I hate you so much. Wish we had never met! Wish I could have killed myself before killing my dreams. Get away from me" yelled Sanyukta.
'Sanyukta ,,. I ..''
''Just leave my hand! Spending my life with sameer would be better than listening to you another second!"
Randhir felt insulted. "To hell with you farzi" he shouted , pushing her roughly.
Sanyukta stood glued to her spot. How could she insult him when she had fallen for him? He just wanted to console her and she ended up hurting him, as always. After all, Randhir was not the only one at fault, she was too."Aarrghh these stupid feelings" saying so, Sanyukta took the ring off her finger. "Nobody can take my heart now, ''. It will always belong to you my MCP" saying so, she took a piece of broken glass and slit her marriage finger.

Satisfied to see her in a blue kurti ,,, he could see her engrossed in some machine,,,,
Randhir had been so mesmerized seeing her on her engagement day ,,, but was equally angry with her ,,, because she had dressed like an angel ,.. Not for him!
But for some idiot ,,, who was officially her fiance... Damn him...
He had damned himself ,, not less than 2000 times for letting the ego in and being such a coward... But then relationships weren't made for him or meant for him...
Loneliness was his destiny,...
The diamond ring on her forefinger had grabbed all his attention,...
His fingers curled up into fists ,...
He wanted to punch something,,, anything ,...
But then there was something else ,...
That bandage on her ring finger ,,,,
He was worried in seconds ,..
He stormed towards her and pushed her back,,,
His eyes inflected pain , anger , possesivness, jealousy ,,,,.

He took her left hand in his gently.,.
RANDHIR : lagi hai ,. Phir bhi machine se door nahi re sakti?

Sanyukta was baffled by his sudden outburst,,..
Randhir : TOH ... toh ! Dream team ka nuksaan ho jaega ,., we cannot afford to loose another member ,,,
He added ,, avoiding eye contact,..
Sanyukta jerked away her hand from his ,,,
Sanyukta : for your information ,,. I have resigned from the dream team ,,,,
She continued with her work ,,.. Leaving him speechless,,,
RANDHIR : WHAT !!! ? WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY???
Sanyukta : dheere bolo... Don't shout!
His pitch only increased more ,..
He jerked her hand from the machine and threw it on the floor,.,
RANDHIR : kIS TYPE KA MAZAAK HAI YE!!?

sanyukta : RANDHIR! What is your problem!

He knew whatever she said was perfectly true and made sense,,,

Sanyuktas eyes fell upon it,.. She jumped to pick it while randhir did the same and in the process he unintentionally pushed her ...
She tripped over the previously thrown machine and fell down... Hurting her leg in the process...
He left the box and rushed towards her,..
Randhir : sanyukta ... M so sorry I din mean to...
Suddenly he stopped ... She gazed in his eyes,,. It had turned pitch black,,. All the concern had vanished and it was filled with something as realization or defeat,..
He stood up and started towards the door,..
Sanyukta was shocked,..
She was scared as hell because of the sudden transformation,,..
Sanyukta : RANDHIR! KAHA JA RAHE HO..,
no response ,,, he kept moving,,,
Sanyukta stood up and limped towards him ,..
Sanyukta : RANDHIR ! STOP ! WHERE ARE YOU GOING!??

She gasped ,.. Going crimson with embarrassment ,...she looked everywhere except into his eyes ,...
His husky words were playing with her composure ,,,

Her pulse was throbbing wildly ,..

Saying this he pulled her for his kiss ,..,
One hand around his neck and one clutching his shirt ... She parted her lips and gave him ,,..EVERYTHING ,,,most of all ,.. She gave him her HEART!
