It's too captivating how you played the sexy man's angry visage with the color in the BG.
i'm not so creative that can write such thoughtful lines. I also love sher aur shayeree . Specially urdu poetry. Though I don't understand the language fully, I keep asking my mom again and again. One of my favorite poetry what makes me feel the abyss of Arnav and Khushi's pain even more.

oh Soha...so sad and so beautiful... i've never heard it before... ehd-e-rafqat, uff, beauty right there in the opening line...beautiful, like ehd-e-wafa, but so much deeper. An oath as if, of intimacy, a relationship hard to define... No real world tags, no formalities fostered. Exactly like that wedding one night...so intimate the pledge of coming together that it didn't need the outside world...

And yet, when the pain becomes unbearable and confusion overpowers all else, to want to erase the memory... but failing miserably at even that.

And so the hurt lives on... a companion constant of the ehd-e-rafqat! Wonderful, truly! I just heard it over and over...happily drowned i am.

Thanks for sharing, and for liking mera wala, bahut hee basic in comparison!!

you won't believe it but i started watching it and almost immediately all the mad frustration and angst of those days when this was shot came rushing by, i actually started feeling that sense of loss... all teh "bin tere bin tere"... oh no, he's going away, no idea when he'll be back.

i am surprised this sbs clearly says shyam is the kidnapper... maybe i had seen it back then too, but my mind refused to believe shyam could be the guy... how much we wondered who the big bad villain was ha ha. shyam seemed too puny to actually take on asr.

yet yeah he was the guy... and one never knew why the kidnap.

You are welcome Indi di! I remember those mad days too! I had so much anxiety and was happy just to get a glimpse of him. I was worried about him doing double time too and how exhausting it must have been. Thanks for the translation and I had no idea the kidnapper was disclosed in this segment. In fact, those days I was very much focus on the episodes and never really watch any of the off-screen segments!

hi kate,

bellfire's work... you have posted other things from her before... oh they are so evocative... how she interprets teh parting and the need and emotion is beautiful...and what was it about a rose and the two of them, slips in easily into their image... thanks so much.

i used to also, back then watch episodes, not really into anything else, but once in a way i'd catch an sbs, mainly to see what barun was up to, because in the early days the man went nuts and i would giggle hysterically saying to myself, nooo i can't be watching this guy and going slightly loco.

still painful this part of the whole thing. i would look out with a quiet desperation for those few minutes with him we'd get and since they had hiked up the noise on the whole shyam khushi thing i 'd hope some real story was on its way...

i wonder how i will feel about things this round.
