@fatma arey dear see frst of al we were scared ki if jo returns bck by hearing ki he forgave her sis..den it ll b totaly like no ds isnt fair. bt shes returning aftr d tax inciden coz nw she realised dt she ws doing mistk by nt identifying d chngd jalal now..
as jalal said ki jodha mk him learn dt hw to rule on ppls heart nt jst on lands..
she realised finally dt shehenshah cares nd thinks from heart..hes more soft nw in compare to older tyms :)

I understand your point but Jalal since before did show that he cares for his people. During Badal/Kajri track, he was prisoned and even whipped to know the problems and pain his Awaam was feeling regarding the same pilgrimage tax.
