Fan of star, and also rishtedaar?

If you are a fan of a star, you also automatically become fan or supporter of his/her family members if they enter movie industry? Does your love and loyalty to a star extend to his kin also?

Will you support, say, SRK, Aamir's, Hrithik's, Akshay's kids if they enter Bollywood, simply because you were fans of those stars?

Do you harbour a soft corner for, say, someone like Abhishek simply because he is Amitabh's son and Aishwarya's husband? (I mean keep defending or pay attention simply because star is related to your favorite star? ) How many of you became fans of or interested in Saif Ali Khan after he got into a relationship with Kareena?

How many indeed liked Dhobighat or praised it because it was made by Aamir's wife?

Does being related to a famous star make any difference to another star/filmmaker's reception and perception by public?

When I hate a star I even hate their Chaacha, Girlfriend/Boyfriend, Daadi, Padosi, Paltu Kutta, Dhoodhwala, Kaamwali and Paanwala etc

Thankfully, SRK has had noone even remotely related to him enter this industry. And I know that a lot of SRK fans, including me, are really hoping that his children never enter the industry. It seems that Aryan won't. Suhana might. But she's too young to know if she wants to.

I might have a soft corner for his children if they enter the industry. But I don't think that will be convert me into their fan.

Ab meri galti thodi hai that the Kapoors have learnt acting ma ki kokh se..Loved Karishma's movies as a kid..Love Kareena and Ranbir's work now..But it wasn't automatic(or as a result of them being related-just that I've enjoyed their work on a stand alone basis)..Though I did get excited about Kareena(Refugee) and Karishma(Fiza) winning the awards in the same year

Being a fan of one particular actor doesn't guarantee that we become a fan of their sons,daughters,nephews and nieces. If they are good enough actors,we might become their fans but because of the families they are brought up in doesn't mean that they are entitled to automatic stardom. In fact this the very reason that outsiders aren't given enough opportunities despite them being way better than the known star kids!

Speaking for myself, I am indifferent to stars' kith and kin. Never felt like getting interested or loyal towards someone just because he or she is related to some artiste that I like. Neither hated anyone because he or she is related to one artiste who I dislike. Everything depends on individual work.

no i dnt think...i like salman but i dnt like his brothers at all n i dnt think if his nephews or niece enter bollywood i wud care to watch dem if dey are bad...

its just the individuality dat matters to me...i like salman because i find him entertaining in some way and dat doesnt not guarantee dat his ristedaars will effect me the same way

so for me no😊

First of all..I despise this lineage norm in Bollwood..Actor ka beta actor..actor ki beti actress..director/producer ka beta actor..Aur to aur ab to Singers ka beta bhi actor..I mean What the Hell..Where will the talented outsiders go??..And then we have Directors like KJo who support them like anything..Have never ever been a fan of a Star Kid..As an SRK fan I really really wish..Aryan/Suhana dont join Bollyowood..becoz I am sure they would be bad..and I dont want to be in the list of "I like the Star so I like the Star ka beta to the Star ka Chai wala"
