Prachi announcing her pregnancy was just to get Nina more irritated. The doctor announces that Saachi is eight weeks pregnant which means that only two weeks have passed since Saachi did her tests. so apparently Prachi knew she pregnant within two weeks, It was a blooper, but who cares I only more wanted SaRuv scenes, in fact I would have loved if they had shown the entire Goel family pampering Saachi at least for one or two episodes.
