Qubool Hai | Not Such A Nice Guy After All - Gorky M
We saw this picture posted by Gorky M on his page with a tagline that went, "Not such a nice guy after all!"
And felt yes, we had some grouse as well to air ;-). We did see that particular moment in heated room (Mumbai has experienced some extremely humid weather with high temperatures) with lights, people and camera crowding the place. And yes, under such conditions, temper would fly. We had never seen Gorky flare up (like a torch used for SOS when lives were in danger) but we did find that heat does have its effect on "Oh! so cool, guy as well!"
We saw him with the leap of the show, step in to help with the Production Design of the show. Especially for the set that was to be refurbished with a change that needed to be palpable. From looking into the wallpaper to the color that would go on the walls, everything had to go through his approval. And that is when we saw a certain shade of Gorky M.
You would suddenly hear him say, in his baritone, to someone, "Yes, Mr So and So, have you gotten the samples?" And you know that a breeze of cold air just hit you in middle of a heat wave atop Hill View, Filmcity where the only thing we were experiencing was harsh sun. Someone at the other end of the phone was not having a nice time, after all.
Here is a picture of Gorky directing Surbhi Jyoti for the first time on the set of QH, where she feels "breeze" for the first time. Get the drift?
Then, when almost all the work on the "Ayaan house" was complete, of course, some old names are still stuck with us, though now it is Aahil house, we saw him relax in the make up room with a magazine. We so wanted to capture him with a more relaxed pose, may be a smile being sported but all things turned around when the SP walked in. And all hell broke loose.
Not really, but here is a picture of him anyway.
We found it worth a laugh to see him post the picture and read the tagline for we believe, his getting mad is as improbable as the picture that says, "Not such a nice guy after all!"
We just found something to post about him and to let you know that the changes you see on the set has been possible because of his contribution alongside Nimisha Pandey and art Director Mr Ajay Werekar.
Sorry if posted earlier
