Was it Gulli's mistake that she went in that place alone?

In yesterday's episode it was shown that Gulli was recording Heth Singh's son & his goons' plan to bribe the public for getting votes...she was doing it when she was alone and the place was vacant... those goons were drinking at that time...Well, she was caught and as per the pre cap she will be molested I guess...this sequence reminded me of Mumbai rape case!...

I made this topic to discuss your views about Gulli's act & those goons' act...did Gulli do a mistake by going in that place alone where 4 goons were drinking? Those goons didn't even notice that Gulli was recording their conversation.. But they were drunk ..they were in the mood of having fun...and they got one woman alone at that moment...according to them it is the right moment...so they will torture that gal in the name of having fun! Is it justified that just becoz she is alone in a vacant place and she is a gal, she will have to be molested or raped by goons? Do you think that women should not go to the vacant places becoz they will be molested?...was there any fault of Gulli?..

I think it was Gulli's fault. People have to ensure their own safety instead of expecting other people to behave - freedom comes with responsibility. Suraj already misbehaved with Gulli on earlier occasions also - so she was aware that he is not a good person, and he was drinking in company of other bad people - Gulli knew that if she get caught, they will misbehave. Even then she went on recording, she took no precautions - she did not inform anybody about her whereabouts or what she was doing at that time. She did not even put her phone on mute. Since the window was open and she was not hidden, any one of the goons could have seen her. At least when she was almost got caught due the phone ring - she should have thought of her safety and should have gone to mandir and wait for DS.

Why would it be fault of Gulli ?? Isn't it a free independent democratic country ??? Everyone is allowed to roam about anywhere anytime he/she wants ! Why should we hold the girl responsible for such incidents ??

Gulli's case is different from Delhi or Mumbai rape case. Her fault was not about being alone, her dress etc. Women should be free, but that does not mean women can go to goon's hideouts and expect them to behave. Her fault was - taking no precautions while going for recording knowing fully well that Suraj or his men are bad people.

Considering she had been saved from molestation in nick of time twice before, Gulli should have been careful knowing what a gunda Heth Singh's son was.

She should have put her phone on silent mode. Informed DS or others about what she had seen and what she was going to do (so that someone could be around to help her just in case).

She was so eager to record their convo that she simply forgot to take precautions and ensure she did it in stealth without getting caught.

She risked herself. Especially when she heard them talking about another man who was supposed to come but had not come yet, then she should have scampered off from that place to hide somewhere.

Even if a man were in her place in such a situation he'd have been killed or attacked grievously.

Those guys were goons after all!

gulli is at fault because two times gulli is trouble by het singh son while going alone so gulli should think i have already trouble by het singh son while going alone so this time i will not go alone and will not invite trouble for my self .but gulli instead of learning from past bitter experience and instead of being cautious gulli again make mistake and behaved as careless person .being careless also give enemy chance to attack
