A few things that took my attention today:

1) Rudra's helplessness. He wholeheartedly wants to change for Paro (not knowing that he had already changed) but still has no confidence in his feelings.
2) Sometimes hand holding can be so much more meaningful and sexier than a hug.
3) Rudra's immediate reaction of shielding Paro from Laila.
4) Rudra's discomfort in being the same room as Laila alone.
5)Rudra's reluctance in having to do anything with Laila but his willingness to please Paro.

Some members mentioned that Rudra's acting is OTT...well, once again I reiterate what I said many times before...if you do not enjoy melodrama than hindi serial is are not for you.
When Rudra expresses less...people complain. When he expresses more...people complain. I think Ashish had just the right amount of masala in his acting. People even complained about how his eyebrows move during emotional scenes...really! Didn't know you had to have a standard set of eye/eyebrow/facial muscle movements to cry on TV. Disappointing :(

I am just having a great time watching the show since last week's storyline was a little...bleh for me.

His hand holding was indeed sexier than a hug and I loved it when he shielded Paro from Laila! nice post😊

To be honest I wish Paro had shown more emotion today...when Rudra was having his emotional breakdown, when he was on the ground holding her hand, I expected her to sit down as well and see a few tears sliding down her cheeks, tears that arose after seeing Rudra's terrible state...I wanted her to gather him up in her arms...that way the emotional scene would have become more balanced as well, instead of just Rudra crying we would have gotten to see two soul mates crying together...but oh well šŸ˜†

Yah! I actually wanted more of a reaction from Paro too in that scene. I was anticipating a hug there or atleast her crying or caressing his face or SOMETHING. But stupid Laila 😔. But the hand holding at the haveli entrance provided some comfort. 😳

How nice would it have been for her to caress his face like he had caressed her face when she was crying

you stole my words šŸ˜†

i so wanted some reaction from Paro when he held her hand and cried
but she was just standing like that šŸ˜† , no wiping tears , no caressing his cheek ... no hug .. not even a few tears ...No wonder People thought Rudra was OTT šŸ˜† . cause paro wasnt reacting and Rudra was crying over his dard bhari kahani šŸ˜†
the screenplay writer needs to back up 😔

Sorry, don't agree.. I was thinking during the breakdown scene, when Rudra went down, oh dear, not the stereo typed indian drama scene where the girl will also go down and start to pacify him by holding the shoulder or caress the cheek (to hug would be too soon!), and both start to cry together. Pleasantly surprised that it did not happen, CV has portrayed Paro really well as a unique character instead of typical village Indian girlšŸ‘šŸ˜‰

I think both happily crying together and creating balance is a clich in most Indian dramas, this scene in RR is refreshing and proves that we humans do not have stereotyped feelings for situations.šŸ˜†

Agree with you all. I wanted her to atleast run her fingers thru his (Sunsilkwala) hair or something. But i this CVs are keeping that for later. With the entry of Laila...I am hoping to see some jealous streak from Paro. Even though Laila says she is over him and Paro is the one who wanted Laila to stay, she is bound to feel some jealousy. Can't wait for some of her cute reactions in seeing L and R together.

I just don't understand the cynic in the people commenting that the male lead's acting goes overboard? Who are you kidding? I am sure they have minimal sense of art. Its the character after all!!
With all due consideration to all viewers, Ashish is by far the best actor i have come across who makes your heart wrench in scenes where he breaks down.

If Paro cries a lot, people accept, cuz she is a woman?? aren't we being sexist here??

It is so beautifully portrayed- the characters here---He breaks down, she is his emotional anchor, being stronger than him in that aspect. And he protects her physically being stronger in that aspect.

Its a role reversal from the stereotypes, hence so hard for those 'typical' viewers to digest.

ASHISH IS PAR EXCELLENCE WHEN HE DOES HIS BREAKDOWN/RONA DHONA SCENES.
