The episode begins with Raj getting shocked to know about Divya and Sakshi affirms that its the same Divya who was the eye witness of rape case and Payal's friend and adds that its the same father daughter duo whom they couldn't buy off. Raj is still in shock while Sakshi tells Shaurya that the person whose eyes he got operated is the same Madhusudhan Bagchi and who had told her looking her in the eye that he is not for sale and he will ensure Divya testifies against him in court. Sakshi asks Raj sarcastically if he remembers now as Raj is gulping down his drink recollecting the past as he asks Sakshi not to take tension as he knows how to tackle the worshipers of truth and also tells her to ask Mathur who will handle everything. Back in present Sakshi says that Mathur did his job his perfectly and Divya was not present at the hearing and since she didn't testify Shaurya was saved but they had been fools to trust Mathur. Raj says that Mathur had told them he had made Divya disappear from there and Sakshi replies that they believed what Mathur told them but now they know that Bagchi was in that old age home all this time waiting hopefully that his daughter will return some day and maybe he would have died that way if her son had not found him out and got him treated. She says angrily that could he not find another one to give away his mercy as alms apart from Bagchi. She asks Shaurya if this was Durga's idea and he tells her that Durga supports NGO and this old age home belongs to it but Sakshi butts in saying she is not asking for her bio data and asks him why he did that and what was he thinking? She also asks him if Durga didn't have money that he had to pay 12 lakhs and if she doesn't know any good doctors in this city and reminds him that her own father is a doctor and if he is realising even that now and Raj has had enough and he tells Sakshi to stop and tells whatever be the reason she is overreacting right now and how could Durga have anything to do with Bagchi and its just a coincidence or just Shaurya's bad luck and just then Raj gets a call from Dayal. Raj answers the call greeting him and he thanks Dayal and tells him he will meet him soon. Raj is glad that atleast some good came out of this fiasco as Dayal wants to get the legal formalities completed ASAP for cancer research project. Raj says he will talk to the lawyer and says its good news to which Sakshi tells him she doesn't think so as the more she thinks about the project the more she feels like abandoning it. She asks Raj not to ask her why but her every instinct is warning her that its not good for them. Raj tells her he values her instincts and she has been right at times but maybe she is overreacting a lot now and tells her empire is not built out of instinct and this project is the beginning of Goenka group of companies and because of her instinct he will not forsake this deal. Akash comes in just then and Sakshi warns him that if he has got any bad news he should go back right away and Akash says its good news and they have now got calls from 3 newspapers for an exclusive interview with Shaurya and they want to cover Goenka group too. Raj commends him while Sakshi looks incredulous and tells Raj he must be joking and despite what happened he wants to do this. Sakshi asks him to think that if they make their a son with this news in which if there is a slight twist it could be bad news for them and if any one journalist found the missing aspect then the media will get busy digging up the past. Raj looks tired and he asks Akash to cover it up and not let it spread and Akash tells him he won't and leaves from there. Shaurya is about to go when Sakshi stops him and he tells her what will he do there now since she has already handled it and Sakshi says she did and Bagchi won't speak before anyone and he won't ever meet him again. Shaurya doesn't reply and is about to go again when Sakshi stops him once more and tells him sternly that he will not meet Durga which surprises him and she leaves from there followed by Raj. Shaurya is pissed off and thinks that he had taken one good step but she erased it away and wonders why his mom loves to overreact.
In Thakur mansion, Durga is over a call and she is asking the other person to tell her when Dayal comes looking for her calling her and Durga motions him to be quite and thanks the person over the call and cuts it. Durga seems agitated and Dayal asks her what happened to which she replies that she was 100% confident her move will give her results and she was certain that Sakshi will blackmail Bagchi on Divya's pretext and she would track Sakshi and figure out Divya's whereabouts but now she got to know that even Sakshi doesn't know where Divya is and Durga is frustrated as she doesn't know what to do next. She tells Dayal that she had promised to unite Bagchi with Divya. Dayal says that the battle is long and she will encounter many speedbreakers along the way but if victory is their destination then they will surely get that. But Durga tells him that every fight in this battle is big and she wants to win every fight of this battle. She adds that there is only one way of finding Divya and that is to wait until the time media telecasts this news with mirch masala and point out Shaurya and question Goenkas and in the midst of it all discover where Divya is.
Sakshi tells Raj that Durga makes her restless and when she comes before her or her loved ones, a voice inside her tells her something is not right to which Raj laughs reading something on his cell phone and Sakshi asks him irritated as to what is so funny and Raj dismisses him saying this itself was so funny and Sakshi asks him what it is glaring at him. Raj asks her not to mind and asks if she is feeling bad coz her son is getting inspired from another woman and Sakshi replies sarcastically to not insult her intelligence. She asks him if he finds it to be coincidence and tells him if he finds it so then she is sure that somebody is out there to get them and someone wants to take revenge on them. Raj tells her exasperatedly to have some control on her instincts and stop reacting like a fool. Sakshi tells him to think of Payal's photographs, then Bagchi coming before them and one by one all the ghosts are coming before them and all of this can't be a coincidence and someone is getting benefited by all this and wonders who could be doing this and Raj tells her to think sarcastically and goes away. Sakshi wonders who wants to bring them down and defeat them by defaming them and she is determined to find out.
The next day morning Sakshi is sifting through newspapers telling herself that her informer had told her that the media has suppressed the news about Bagchi's operation and she hopes that atleast one of them hasn't but she is disappointed and walks away angrily to the other side of the garden overlooking the bridge and when Dayal asks her why she came running she replies that not a small segment was aired on news nor there is a mention in papers and how is it possible? And she was hoping that once this news is out she can find out where Divya is and there should have been a proper press coverage but Sakshi saved Shaurya by suppressing the media. Dayal says this means that Sakshi has identified Bagchi, then how will she ever let out this news spread and Durga says angrily but she wanted it to and goes away angrily and Dayal follows her again. Durga says she wanted to unite Divya and Bagchi and now Divya thinks her father is dead and somehow they need to find Divya. Dayal assures her they will but they need to be careful as Sakshi will do anything to save Shaurya and Durga tells him that she will exploit this weakness of hers but first they need to find another way to find Divya.
Shaurya and his friends are by the poolside and Karan taunts him by raising a toast to him for becoming so blind in Durga's love that he returned her favorite old man's eyesight and Shaurya replies that Durga will come running to him coz of that old man. And Karan says its also possible that after the old man's eyesight, next it will be the ear of an old woman and a house for someone else and the list never ends but Shaurya interrupts him saying the story will end in his bedroom and once if a girl falls in love with him, then it won't take much time to reach the bedroom. Karan reminds him an old saying that a person burnt by milk will drink even butter milk carefully but in his case its reverse as he first lost bet, then esteem. Shaurya gets mad at him and says that maybe he and his mom go to the same beauty parlor and even she was taunting him last night about the rape and its been two years and they should move on and his other friend says it was the worst phase of their life. And he mentions Nithya who was Payal's sister. Shaurya says how can he forget Nithya and that he has even saved her photo and he sees it in his cell and says that he could remember that he should never lose a bet in his life. Karan says that she was the worst nightmare of his life and because of her courage Payal had filed the case against them. Shaurya says that Durga reminds him so much of Nithya as both are proud and arrogant. It was difficult to crack Nithya just like Durga but this time he won't give up as Nithya was ok but Durga and he gives a flying kiss.
Durga is in hospital burning Nithya's photo and a flashback is shown where goons are chasing Nithya in forest at night. They tell her they won't spare her as she has challenged Goenkas. In the present Dayal places a comforting hand on his shoulder. Back in the past, Nithya falls down and the goons are close to catching her she hides behind a bush as they start searching for her. When they get close she again runs and they start chasing her and also shooting her but Nithya escapes. One of them catches her dupatta and is about to hit her but Nithya throws her dupatta off and she runs away hiding behind a tree. To buy herself some time she throws a stone in opposite direction to distract them and they think she went that way and go there. Nithya runs to main road and on the other hand the goons are looking for her when Nithya collides into a car and from the impact she suffers a bad fall and she rolls down and her face gets smashed against a rock. The goons hear her voice and come in that direction. Cut to present Dayal asks Durga what is the use to burn that photo everyday. It turns out that the person driving the car is none other than Dayal and he comes to Nithya. The goons see Dayal holding a limp Nithya and they assume she is dead and walk away. Then Nithya places her hand on Dayal's shoulders and asks him to save her. Dayal is wheeling her to operation theatre in the hospital and a person there remarks in shock that the face has been completely damaged and in present they show Durga. Durga says Nithya is dead and this is what she wants to remind herself about every day.
Precap - Suchitra tells Sakshi that Shaurya is in love and Durga tells Dayal that Nithya lost but Durga was born to win.
