Only to hear from him the one sided conversation he had with his son.. which he being the cupid to the couple he is makes sure she hears...
And the moment she hears 'Parvati.. ur wife...' Paro is stunned...
And as soon as the initial shock passes and she listens to 'yes she reached safe and sound' she lights up as a gentle rose hued blush creeps up her alabaster cheeks making them flame..
Making her to run away shying avoiding the knowing eyes of her babusa...
And as she makes it in to the lone corridor away from any eyes.. she gives in to the moment.. taking a moment to let this new awareness wash over her.. leaning on to the wall for support she breathes in this new found knowledge.. that.. he was asking out for her...
As her breath calms down she raises her hand to look at the Rudraksha, his Rudraksha that is adorning her hand..and with her other hand she cups it to her heart allowing herself to feel close to him...
And she allows the incandescent joy that is engulfing her to overtake everything.. she breaks in to a ecstatic smile as she bathes in this precious knowledge. her beautiful eyes glowing in joy.. as joyous tears glitter in them.. making them sparkle..
so little moments, yet so precious to this love starved soul who is waiting to soak in any affection when she gets it from the man she loves..
She again cannot control the bubbling smile that is lighting up her whole being.. delightfully happy to live in this amazing moment of time..as she happily clutches his Rudraksha, him to her heart...as her eyes twinkle in happiness..
She savours this new found secret close to her heart.. that special knowledge that no1 else knows.. she basks in the new found joy of love being reciprocated..
But dark clouds are far from away.. as they descend swiftly on her joy.. and as the first awareness dawns on her, her smile is frozen...as her smile falls.. as her face stills.. her sparking eyes dim..as if the life has been extinguished from within them..
As the grief takes over she slithers down the wall, her legs no longer strong enough to support her.. this time the hand she clutches to her bosom is out of desperation.. of need... of the fear of impending loss...
And she voices out to herself, 'jeele yeh saari phaloko Paro.. basaliye inhe apne dilmein.. ab bas inhi ke sahare bakiki zindagi bitani hogi..' (live all these moments Paro.. make them home in ur heart.. now only with the help of these u will be able to spend the rest of ur life..)
And she relives those moments when she made that sacrifice for him.. to remove herself from him for his well being..
And she closes her eyes.. hugging the Rudraksha to her heart as her face is contorted in this overwhelming grief...
Tears trickle down from under those tightly closed eyes.. wetting her cheeks..
And she cries breaking down again as she acknowledges what she has to do.. all that she has to lose.. just for him...
This was one of my favourite scenes from today.. but as i couldn't watch the episode earlier I don't have the time for the others.. But this stood out to me due to the sheer arc of the expressions that was in these few moments..
From surprise to, girly coy blushing to, incandescent joy to the thankfulness to the sudden shock and realization and the grief to follow to every moment of acceptance and treasuring of what she is to lose in the not so distant future..
It was a joy watching her.. completely amazing.. just loved it..
