It is not that she does not understand Jalal. It has taken up a while for her to remove her hatred. When we see Jalal repenting we take his side. I can understand Jodha. It takes a lot of time to adjust and fall in love with a man whom you have hated your entire life and Had to marry him just to save AMer. On top of it she had go thro many hurdles in Agra.

For me both Jalal and Jodha are equally wrong. I will not take any sides. But we are seeing them changing. She both have just realized their love for each other,,It is going get stronger.
