As an ardent fan of Rangrasiya, let me first assure you that you have created a premise for the tale and the lead characters beautifully. We are all hooked and booked , our loyalty to the soap is rest assured irrespective of what happens to the plot.
Rudra and Paro - their lives, love, troubles, aspirations are very dear to us. So when we see the episodes, we dont brush it off as fiction. We chew on the tales spun and I want to share what we feel about the taste it leaves it our mouths, or minds rather.
When do I feel I've had a good meal -- when I've had the right quantities of teekha, khatta, meetha, etc in it. But immediately after having one good meal, I start to drool over the next one - again expecting great taste and full variety. Kya karen, human nature !
Similar is the case with our apetite for love stories in daily soaps. Rangrasiya has catered to all these tastes at different stages - hot n spicy major saab, gentle and lovely paro, bitter kaaki, the list is long...
The only issue we face is - these flavours come in heavy doses in continuous episodes. Sometimes its loads of action followed by prolonged hatred, then week long endearing romance (though I am not complaining here !), and now bitter vaad-vivaad of kakisa.
If these varied flavours were served in short bursts one alongside another, the audience can savour it better and we'll love it !!
I think this could be the solution to the elusive TRP hunt too ... But no matter what, we absolutely love the show !! Thanks for your attention.
