Maan drags her with him to the dinning table...

Nakul has got the table ready for lunch...

Maan: kya dekh rahi ho? khao

Geet tries to eat with her left hand for her right hand is bandaged...

She stops with the soup...

Nakul brings the aloo paratha and her favourite malai koftas...

Geet left hand mein kaise khayegi?

She looks at it fondly...

Maan: khao

Geet: nahi, mujhe bhook nahi hai

She just says looking at her hand...

Maan smiles...

Maan: koi baat nahi, yahan lao, mein khatha hoon

Nakul: Maan sir, aapka pasta?

Maan: aaj mujhe yahi khaana hai

Geet gets angry...she stares him...

Ye mere liye banaya hai aur dekho mere haath baandhkke ye khathe hai, woh bhi mere samne? Khao khao, aapka phet na? zaroor dukhega, ek masoom ladhki ko bhukke chodkke khathe haina?

Maan takes a piece and tries to feed her...

Geet is surprised...toh ye mere liye tha?

Geet looks at him with her eyes wide open...ye sapna hai ya sach?

She takes a while to realize that its real...

Maan: Geet, muh kholo, mein aaise tere samne pura din beit nahi saktha

Geet takes a bite...

It's delicious...

Geet: wow, Nakul bhaiya, khana bahut badiya hai, jaise hummare Hoshiarpur mein banathe haina? Waise hi hai, thanks a lot

Maan looks at her...and he keeps staring...

Geet: sachi, khana bahut ahccha hai, aap khakke dekho

Maan chak ke dekhtha...

Geet waits for his reactions...

Geet: achcha haina?

Maan: haan

Geet: Nakul bhaiya, Maan sir ko bhi pasand aaya, kal sab ke liye lacha paratha aur butter chicken banayiye, waise mujhe na, chicken bahut pasand hai

She keeps ordering...Maan is on strick diet...but not anymore...

Maan: Geet, ho gayi?

Geet: haan

Maan: tum kuch bhool rahi ho

Geet: kya? haan, kheer, Nakul bahiya, mujhe na, badam ki kheer bahut pasand hai

Geet: aapko pasand nahi hai?

Maan: mein kabse ye paratha lekhe kada hoon

Maan: tummari bak bak thode dher chodkke khana khalo

Geet chup chap khana katam karthi...

She keeps looking at Maan...

Maan: kya hai?

Geet: ab mein kuch boloon?

Maan: Geet, koi baat nahi, abhi bhi tummare auntyji tumme hi dekhke bahut kush hothe honge? Haina?

Maan doesn't believe in all this humbug...but he wants to cheer her up...

Geet: haan

Maan: woh...tum kitne saal apne aunty ke saath thi?

Geet has never told anything to him about this...

Geet just wants to tell him her story...

Now that he is the new owner of KM he should know its history so that he would take good care of it...

Geet is the second child after Cahnni, her elder sister...

She is almost 10 years elder...

She was born after a lot of abortions for her family's desire for a male child...

She was an unwanted child...as the doctor was not ready to kill her in her womb for that would kill her mother Geet came to this world on her own, without being welcomed by her family...

But her mother loved her so much...

She took care of her very well and showered her love on her so that shewon't feel bad for the famil's negligence...

When Geet was 4 yrs old her mother put her in the local school...

She wanted her Geet to get educated like her little sister Meera...

Though Ranno went to basic school, she had to drop school as she got older...

But her sister completed her schooling fighting against all odds and was stubborn to get out of

that village as soon as possible...

She married a doctor and settled in Delhi...

There she went to college and completed her graduation...

Her husband was very supportive...

As she had no children she asked her sister to send Channi with her, she will give her the best education but her jijaji was not ready for that...

Instead he got her married to his sister's illiterate son even when she was still young...only 15...

After a couple of years she gave birth to a son and everyone was so happy...

After Channi left for her sasuraal mohinder got Ranno pregnant believing some sadhu's words that he would definitely have a son this time...

Ranno gave birth to another girl and this time she was not able to handle everything as she was too old for all this...

She tried hard to look after her new born and the family...

Her MIL just ignored her and her child...

She managed to just keep herself alive...

Geet was the most affected...

She was just 10 and there she was helping her mother and her Dadi...

Doing all the household work and her school days are over...

Just then Meera visisted her sister and she took Geet along with her to Delhi fighting everyone even her sister couldn't stop her this time...

She knew that that's the best thing that Geet can get in her life...

That's how Geet came to this Brindavan as her mausi called it before Mr.Khurana took it over...

Now for our convenience we will call it KM...

Those were the best daysof her life...

She went to the best school in Delhi...

She was so proud of her aunty...

Whenever she came to school with Geet everyone surrounded her and wanted to talk with her...

She was so popular amongst them...

They also treated Geet like a princess...

Geet couldn't wish for anything more...

This was a strange new world for her...here both the girls and the boys are treated alike unlike her family back in Hoshiarpur where she and her little sister were treated like a blackmark...

Meera always insisted Geet to take her studies seriously...

She even told her that she would never send her back to her home at Hoshiarpur...

She wanted Geet to settle here with her itself...

She can pursue her higher studies and join a reputed college here itself...

Geet is lost in her past when Maan interferes...

Maan: Geet, kya hua? Tum mujhe bathana nahi chahathi toh teek hai

Geet: nahi nahi

Maan: phir kya soch rahi ho?

Geet: woh...

Maan: lagtha hai ki apne purane khayaalon mein kho gayi

Geet: haan

Geet has a big smile on her face...

Maan: toh bathao, mein bhi sunna chahatha hoon ki tummare aunty kitne achche hai

Maan gets ready to listen to her story...

Geet is also happy to share it with Maan...

She has been waiting for someone to share her story...

But she had not found the right person all these days...

With Maan she has no hesitation to tell about her childhood...
