I actually liked how he made his point in the final minutes of the episode - after the results had been announced. He was calm then, and made a lot of sense. He also backed his beliefs by providing the number of singers who succeed and those who struggle.

He was calm because Asha ji had gone by then. I think the presence of Asha ji makes him hyper, especially when she keeps interrupting him. He also feels she is trying to put him down, and so he gets all excited when trying to make his point.

So if you want to blame anyone for his behavior, blame Asha ji 😉 😆

He has been always like this - either looking disinterested and impassive or very passionately angry. Though I agree this time even more, right from the day 1 - Maybe 14 crore was payed to him by Zee just for this. I think he'll be like this till the end of SRGMP 2007, irrespective of Ashaji's presence. Lessee.😛

Seeing his behaviour-breathing heavily, body shaken, shouting etc- I too got the same thought in my mind that he needs an anger management course. 😆

well I agree that HR get angry very quickly, but after seeing todays episode, I am beginning to understand where he is coming from. I just feel he feels greatly for people who are struggling in the music/bollywood/entertainment industry. We who just watch these shows/episodes have very little idea.

think about the past, when the only female singers were Ashaji and lataji (mainly), we all know how they ruled and dictated the music industry at that time. I have heard of stories that they would threaten the movie makers that if they got new voice they will not sing in their movie. so movie makers had no choice. this is a story i have heard from my parents and grand parents. I dont know how much it hold true, but i feel there is definately some truth to it. It was very hard for a new singer to step into bollywood for singing during that era. As far as i can recall, i grew up listening songs of lataji and ashaji, very few other female singers. I think the T-seris guy Gulshan Kumar ji got the revolution, could be someone before that as well, but i recall he gave chance to lot of new singers, and things changed after that. it is not that i dont like lataji or ashaji, I am a big fan of both of them, and i think they are legends, but again when they were singing, it was a job/business for them, so like any business, you want to kill competition, which is what they were doing, right or wrong, hard for me to say. I am not even trying to justify HR's anger, he definately need to learn some skills, but i think showing his anger is all part of the pre-stage act. else how are we going to enjoy the show. it would be a dal without the tarka :-)

I think HR is quite aware of this fact, and he feels very strongly for the people who are struggling in this industry.

i think wrote quite a long post. no offense to anyone. just my thoughts.

have a nice sunday everyone.
