Priyanka's ex produces a biopic about her

I've heard all hell has broken lose in Mumbai. I've been traveling for my world concert tour for the last 45 days. I had no idea all this was brewing. Let me go back a bit. I had a secretary, Prakash Jaju, whom I fired about a month ago. He was acting very funny.

I really don't want to go on record with the details. He's being very malicious. Most producers and co-stars are talking about it. He's been sending out SMSs against me. He's been threatening me as well. I was warned about him by all my friends. But every time I questioned him he got emotional. I'm a softie at heart. And I got taken in. Obviously I got taken in very badly.

You must understand; I was only 17 when I came into the industry. I was a complete outsider, didn't know anyone in Bollywood. So when he took over the reins of my career I had no one to question about him. I wasn't chummy with my co-stars. Nor did I socialize with them after (working) hours. I am basically shy. People mistake that for a superiority complex.

I think my reserved attitude was a mistake. I should've reached out more frequently, then I'd have known what was going on behind my back. Jaju has been spreading all kinds of rumors. It's very hurtful because he was close not only to me but also to my family. I wonder why he's going to such lengths to harm a 23-year-old girl. I feel very lost in the industry.

It hurts. It hurts me and my family and my relationships within the industry. I'm not that kind of a person. I know he'll continue to bad mouth me until he realizes he has nothing to gain from it. Let him. I don't want to say anything much about him.

All I've to say is, I've nothing to do with either Akshay Kumar or Harman Baweja. It's always wonderful working with Akki. I respect him, and there's nothing beyond that.

Priyanka's ex-secretary spills the beans

Finally, the truth about the 'affair' between Akshay Kumar and
Priyanka Chopra. And we are the ones to reveal it... as usual.

Priyanka Chopra's ex-secretary Prakash Jaju who had reportedly given
an interview in a leading daily last Friday revealing an affair
between the actress and Akshay Kumar (and Harman Baweja) denies that
he had mentioned Kumar's name at all. He tells us that the slant of
the article was a business one and that it was misconstrued.

In an e-mail sent to us from Indore he writes, "The article which
quoted me as saying I was against Priyanka two-timing Akshay and
Harman is totally wrong.

Instead, I had said I objected to her lack of interest in work and
her incessant chatting on the phone. If I had to call her for some
important work I would have to wait for an hour to get through her
cell.

Priyanka is trying to shift the focus by saying she fired me because
I was spreading rumours about her with Akshay and Harman. Akshay has
been unnecessarily dragged into all this.

With regards to her two-timing, what I actually said was, 'When she
has been having a steady affair with Harman for three years why does
she still call other actors at odd hours?'"

He adds, "When complaints started pouring in from producers, I
checked her cellphone bills and found the maximum calls made to
Harman.

That's when I told her that this is not the time for all these
things. I told her, 'You have just given a hit, concentrate on work.
You can do these things two-three years later when you have
consolidated your position.

"The fact is that it's the same old story of an artist firing
his/her secretary when they achieve success. When an artist starts
in this industry he needs a secretary to promote himself/herself and
at that point they are ready to pay any percentage (could go up to
40 per cent) to the secretary.
But once they achieve success, on some pretext or another, they fire
the secretary and then find someone else on a monthly salary which
is very low."

"The same thing happened to me. With the success of Mujhse Shaadi
Karogi she thought that she no longer required me and was trying to
find a way out. Once she found a reason, she fired me and stated
sending SMSes to producers that I am not looking after her work with
immediate effect and that her dad, who is a doctor, will now become
her secretary.

"Her dad was also happy as I was against his singing which he wanted
to promote through his daughter's success and I never let him do
that. She forgot she has signed a contract with me wherein she has
to give me six months notice for termination. By doing this and
giving termination and public notice in trade guide, she has harmed
my image considerably. For that I have filed a criminal suit against
her.

"She has also been spreading rumors that I was obsessed with her and
that's why I was jealous of her. Those who know me know that
whatever I do I do with the same deewangi and pagalpan, whether it
was my company JSEL with Jackie, SDSL with Sri Devi or all the 30/40
films I am always involved at a given time, as a financier. I know
one thing that if you are not obsessed with your work, you don't
love your work and then you can't give good results."

All celebrities have to face the ignominy of their name being
dragged into muck most of the time. This time it appears that there
are certain people out to jeopardise Akshay Kumar's domestic life.
But this time the mud-raking is involving his wife (Twinkle) and
their little baby, Aarav, too which could affect their family life.
