If you guys noticed that Sandhya always adressing Kavita as "Kavita Ji" whereas

Kavita always addressing Sandhya as "Sandhya" 😲

Sandhya is no longer just a RP bindini, she is ASP of the town, and Kavita should know it better how to address an ASP

True!!!!! Kavitha should respect Sandhya more!!!!! Stop treating her as if she's inferior to her. and Sandhya should also know her power more

Sandhya knows her power, but she will earn the respect from Kavita with her work, not by saying anything!!

Till now Sandy and CK (Cunning Kavita) has exchanged only Pleasantries... 😃
Once Sandy come to know her real face She will address her without "Ji".. 😉

Kavita should address Sandhya as madam ji or Sir / madam.

You are right.

However, I feel Sandhya was being too casual in her dealings with Kavita, by saying that it was okay for her to come without appointment.

I don't want her zeal to be available to the public at all times, to inadvertantly diminish the importance of her rank.

Everyone should realize that while on duty she is ASP Sandhya Rathi not Bhabo's Beendhni.

Of course the fact that Sandhya was polite, and Kavita was casual in her manner of address also shows the level of respect they each have offered each other.

We know that Kavita's intentions are full of malice, and it is reflected in the way she talks to people.

But Sandhya's intentions are genuine.

Sandhya is too polite and she will not add Ji for K only if she can put her behind bar 😆

It was her first day in the office... I'm sure she will learn and do maintain the protocol and decorum of the position.

She will learn in a hard way to become strict with Kavita, and than the cat will come out from the bag.

Kavita might blackmail BB for BCT matter, and BB will interfere in Sandhya's work to save Kavita from the law.
