Balika Vadhu 30th April 2014 Written Update

Kesar Bagh

The episode starts with Subhadra Bua praying in front of Tulsi plant. Meenu comes and offers her tea. Subhadra is still praying in the house mandir. She asks Meenu when everyone wake up here? Meenu tells her that Daddu and Anandi wake up early and the remaining members wake up at 8:30 pm. Subhadra is shocked and asks when they do the breakfast then? Meenu excuses herself.

Badi Haveli
Jagya and Anandi are ready to go for campaigning. Sumitra asks them to have breakfast first. Bhairon says, people might be waiting for the election day to vote for Jagya.

Makhan kaka comes with Jagya and Anandi's image poster with a message. The poster is having a morphed photo of them hugging romantically sitting near canal side Everyone are shocked to see it Basant reads the poster message which have snide remarks about Jagya and Anandi's characterS both having an affair behind everyone's back despite married . Anandi and Jagya are shocked . Everyone is very angry Dadisaa asks Makhan kaka, from where he got this poster? Makhan says, it is pasted on every wall in the village. Bhairon says, it means everybody might have read it by now.

Jagya sits down frustrated , feeling bad that Anandi is being defamed in campaigning for him He says, how can anyone stoop so low for his personal gain? Jagya refuses to stand in the elections and says I will take my nomination back. He gets the nomination receipt and is about to go. Anandi stops him and says you won't take your name back. I know you are doing this to save my repute , for my honor but it is a trick by our opposition party to stop us Anandi says, we have to make our villagers believe that the words written on the poster are wrong. Ganga says, Anandi jee is right.

Sumitra says to Jagya , you are worried about Anandi's honor and how it will affect her life therefore taking your name not further let this happen . Sumitra asks Jagya to fight to clear Anandi's name. Bhairon says, only one man can do this cheap act Heth Singh , He is doing this. Everyone is angry hearing this . Everyone ask Jagya not to take the nomination back. Jagya agrees Dadisaa asks them to have breakfast . She tears the poster in anger

Jaitser

Jaitser People look at the poster and talk about Jagya and Anandi's relationship , their affair . Some people believe it and some cannot

Heth Singh applauds his son and says you did a good thing. He looks at the poster and says it will bring a thunderstorm in Jagdish's life. His son says, Jagdish cannot win now His honor and respect among villagers gone now . Heth Singh hugs his son happily.

Kesar Bagh

Dadi bua comes to the kitchen. Meenu covers her head. Bua asks her to give a steel glass to her. Meenu gives her and she drinks water. Bua looks at Meenu and says you are wearing the same saree even now. She asks Meenu , you didn't take bath before cooking and go take bath first. Meenu says, I have to make breakfast as Shiv has to go to office. Bua asks her to take bath and she will make the breakfast. Meenu has to agree

Jaister

Some women talk among each other about a great priest sitting under some tree who didn't eat anything since 20 years. Village men also talk to their friends and say we shall meet this priest for his blessings He is a great man They leave to meet the priest. It is actually Jagya sitting in disguise of a priest/saint. Villagers come and greet him. Jagya opens his eyes. Villagers take his blessings. Ganga, Anandi and Gulli too come there.

Jagya looks at them. He removes his moustache, beard and fake hair Villagers are shocked. They ask Jagya why did you act like this? Why you fooled us? Jagya asks them to calm down. He says, I want to make you understand that whatever looks to be true is not necessarily the truth How easily I fooled you Despite knowing me you could not recognize me under disguise same way despite knowing everything seeing that poster you believed it How can you believe anyone like this without thinking ? Villagers seemed to be ashamed and understanding . Screen freezes on Jagya

Precap :Shiv and his family sees the news about Jagya and Anandi 's affair on TV. Everyone are shocked. Bua scolds Shiv for marrying a divorcee woman.

Strange, Subhadra Bua feels so comfortable and at home in KB. Poor Meenu, was fun to see her discomfort with pallu and answering Bua's never ending questions. Bua needs a respectful early warning from Daddu. At the same time, I want to see how Anandi deals with her, she is everything that Bua is looking for in a Bahu, but now Bua will be prejudiced against her as this is her second marriage.

BH scene was good, Anandi and family trying to pacify an agitated and hurt Jagya came out well.

Good trick tried by Jagya, he looked very cute in the Baba avatar. Well I could make out it was him by his slightly twinkling eyes !

It is strange that the elections are being held in Jaitsar only. They could at least show something related to elections in Udaipur also to make it a believable track. What if nobody from KB is contesting the election - during such general elections - people talk about it, or Shiv being DC must have election duty etc.

Agree SPuja, they should have shown a parallel election track in KB instead, with Shiv as DC,some interesting funny bits at the collectorate to lighten the environment if that was the intention of yesterday's Bua scenes.

Jagya's sant baba trick was a clever move. Instead of offering explanations to villagers and defending his stance, he used a very good and smart example.
