Arjun Kapoor is in Bollywood because of his father Boney Kapoor. He doesn't look like a hero from any angle. If he built 8 packs still he will NOT be considered a hero by audiences. He just doesn't have the charisma. He should consider doing side roles to other actors like what Abhishek is doing currently. 2 States is Alia's film, not Arjun's.

if things go the same in future then he should retire

Give him a chance! He's just 4 flims old. He was amazing in ishaqzaade and gunday, he was good in 2 states too. I am sure he's gonna do really well. He is better than most of the new comers.

He's one of the few newcomers that I could stand

His successes are his own and not his father's.

How can we decide what heroes should look like. We have seen all sorts of heroes from Tellywood and bollywood. As long as they make money for production houses, who cares how he looks. When SRK started out, he did not look like the typical bollywood hero nor did Senior Bachchan.

One can never say who will succeed and who will not. Let us wait and see. I think that days if super stardom are gone. There will be a new star born every Friday.

I suppose SRK, Ajay, Aamir, Ranveer, Sushant, Ayushman look like hero material? With your logic half of the leading men should retire or play sidekick roles
