She was listening silently on a side as the doctor explained to them that he has been poisoned.. She didn't scream, shout, faint, weep... but silent tears tracked down her cheeks... but she held herself still.. because that is Paro.. when the world falls around her she holds herself together...
And then once she is alone with him she keeps her fingers on his throat.. caressing with all the love as her eyes reflect her pain.. And then she softly whispers him a story.. a story where he reminds her of her Bolenath... Not because she is logically searching for parallels.. nope.. but because at the end of that story Bolenath survives.. and rises again...
And she needed that strength with her today.. because she needed to make herself believe that he will survive this night, just like Bolenath did.. because for Paro to survive Rudra has to survive too..
So where else can she draw strength from? Like always she turned to her faith in divinity when in despair..
Paro feels too deeply.. she depends on him too deeply than a normal human depends on another.. because she no longer has an existence that is apart from him...
And when one is at that point.. one like Paro.. would turn to those beliefs to hold herself together.. to not let herself even think for a second that he will not survive the night..
But instead telling herself that he is just like Bolenath and will definitely emerge a survivor..
Paro is different.. she needed to know who would harm him.. so she could protect him further..
Honestly after everything she has witnessed till now, has been through now if she is still going forward its only because of her faith.. faith of guiding lights...
And she needs all the blessings, beliefs of those guiding lights to survive this night with her whole life, her Rudra being in this precarious situation..
Honestly what would her tears do? Isn't that exactly what she did before too.. Parvati is very practical.. and to be practical n situations that would have made a normal human lose her sanity she needs inhuman strength.. and she draws that from her faith... as always...
