surbhi is as cute as every and i love every scene of her, but Karanveer is simply overbearing, and his accented English gets on my nerves.

i love the now character of surbhi, Sanam, she firey, shy, and a total motormouth.

but sorry to say i really dont find Ahil appealing, he is arrogant, insensitive,boorish, spoiled, and like sanam says totally bathmeez and there doesnt seem to be anything likable in his character.

Asad to was arrogant, a chauvinist pig, stubborn, but there was still the sensitivity and gentleness in this nature that made him instantly likable.

i really don't want a girl like sanam to fall in love with a boy like ahil. and with his fire stunt he reminded me of Tanveer. i'd hate for Asad and Zoya daughter to fall in love with tanveer son. yuck yuck yuck

I have to agree; I find nothing likable about this Aahil guy - he is a jerk. The fact he threatened to kiss Zoya is tantamount to an attempt to assault a woman. I find NOTHING appealing about this in a guy. But I guess that's what girls like at a certain age - guys who treat them like dirt. Men who treat girls badly is the case with nearly all these Gul stories. Even Asad was not kind towards Zoya and nor was the male lead in IPKKD. I think for many viewers the arrogance of Aahil and his bad guy image and the confident Sanam make the right formula for "hotness." I personally do not find it has the same magic the jodi that cannot be mentioned, because of the choice of actor. However, for others the preference is different. I encountered viewers who did not think Sanam's parents had chemistry, and some did in the beginning but later, after Mangalpur, did not feel it was sustainable.

In my view, based on the responses, the jodi will be a hit and the show will get good viewership. I just wish they'd do something about that actor's hair and his wardrobe😉😛.

^^ Just in response to your last sentence, nothing can be done about his hair. Karanvir Bohra (the actor playing Ahil) loves his hair to death. 😆

I hope they dress him up in more formal wear, like suits. I'm pretty sure KVB has some level of creative input in his look and clothes for this show, which I read somewhere that he did for his previous show too.

No offense..But I am just sick and tired of posts like this on this forum😕..I get that you miss Asya, and it is hard to move on..but enough is enough already..why create fights deliberately just to make this forum a chaos again..atleast people who are new to this forum, let them enjoy this new story and a new season..I have never watched Season 1 b/4 of this drama, but this is brand new story and a new start so please there is a remote if you don't like it, switch it off no one is forcing anyone to watch this..

Just like you may have loved Asya, there are people and new members who are loving Saahil as well..

Comparing two different seasons is stupid w/ brand new faces and story..That is all I have to say..I don't get why we here try to just put negative after negative posts out there to discourage the positive posts when there people that are loving the new season as well as the sizzling chemistry..😕

P.S...This is not to offend the TM, but I have reached a point where posts like this when there is baseless comparison between two different fanbases of two different couples in different seasons quite pointless..this topic shouldn't even be discussed..🥱

And on their own...I do not see that they have chemistry...

In the defense of the lady who made the post, I do not see her as doing anything to create a rift or a fight and no fight has escalated on this thread. She came to present her opinion that the jodi do not have any chemistry for her...She expressed her opinion and that should not be censored. The show might sustain her ability to watch it thus far, but over time it might not...

Comparison happens all the time with books, films, television shows...people compare sequelsand pre-sequals all the time and the production teams etc all get feedback from all sources behind the scenes, critics and fans alike if this works. If people provide feedback - both good and bad - it tells the production team something as to what is and it not working for the viewer.

I think it is unfair to have to censor posts because what is written bothers on viewer...everyone has the right to express themselves somewhere...if I do not like a post either I express my opinion OR I do not read the post...we have a choice. I would hate to take away someone's right to come here and ooh and aaah over a jodi they loved 😉

😕😕 You are kidding me!😆 Perhaps I can pretend he is wearing a hat...I keep wanting to gel it down or grap razor and just shorten it...it bugs me no end...but so did some of ksg hairstyles but this one just bugs me no end...

I suppose you haven't had the time to go through the revised rules of the forum post-leap. No comparison post, whether about chemistry or something else, is not allowed any more. So, she was only stating the rules established by the Mods of the forum. Here is the link. See for yourself. If she only talked about the chemistry of the present couple, then that is okay. But in this thread, there is specific comparisons between the first couple and this one. So, no, that is a violation of the rule. And she has every right to point out said violation.
