could be from the skating scene tooo they did pick up some bad falls whilst shooting

If you are talking about the burn looking thing, maybe symbolism of pain as they are playing with "agni" aka fire. Tp promos are filled with symbolism, maybe actually is part of promo.

Its color! Anshuman have trown color on pakhi saying "JAO" in one of the videos, so its a color :)
