Wow What a dhaasu Mother - Son confrontation.

Before I talk further about it I must say this show does not get the credit or TRps that it deserves. In my opinion it is one of the best acted , scripted and directed show . I have been watching it for a while now and I really look forward to it. I believe it is a copy of a Bengali show and having the advantage of not knowing much about it I am thoroughly enjoying it.

Back to todays episode. It was Nikhil's day of growing up and standing up for himself. How could he be so nave to think that his mother would accept Laajo the second time. And he was shown the mirror by his mother . "How do you propose to support her without any means ?" The choice is laid out - It is your family or this girl .

Barkha to me is a mother who has been hurting for many years and used her son as the scapegoat for guilt. She as always does not understand her son or his wishes or his happiness but wrapped up in what SHE thinks and wants. It HER, HER and only HER when it comes to Nikhil.

LOVED the scene . The mother as hard as nails and the son with pain in his eyes wanting some support from a mother. 👏 👏

A very good job. Oh and I nearly forgot to mention I liked the Adi - Ayesha scene as well. She is another lost soul looking for true love. Looking forward to some good parallel tracks there.

I agree yaar ,show deserves much better in term of trps and critical acclaim.

That witch is so dump and desperate that she wore espadrillies wedge sandals, to a muddy village. Barka, is lucky she didn't fall on her face. Nikhil was excellent, letting his mother know no matter what he's going to be with his wife. Laajo, have to understand and know by now that is wasn't going to be easy with headcase Barhka, accepting her.

If Laajo, acts mahaan and tried to leave her husband for the sake of mom & beta rishta, i hope Saraswati, hit her on the head with a pot.

agreed lol about sandals,she looked really stupid na, one thing I noticed was that she is bit less confrontational with baba ,hope he could put some senses into her. laajo shouldn't sacrifice but guide Nikhil to right path of life,he needs her

You're right, Barkha was less confrontational with baba around. Barkha, showed him respect and once he speaks she follows. I didn't watch the show in the beginning, but what is the story that baba, doesn't live in the city with his family and what is bua story?

it is still secret why baba and his older son fought, younger one fought due to anu and his own marriage to his wife I think but details are not properly shown.
