By then.. the presenter for the induction program enters... Everyone fill up the necessary documents and signed the joining formalities...

They also get further updates about the training period and other stuffs to be followed.

On the way back to their home...

Krish : Simi... Rahul ah paathiyaa... seems like he has changed a bit...

They visit Thamizh's sister's place the next day. Then he is busy attending his classes but doesn't fail to talk to his mother twice a day...

Hari, Krish and Simi complete their training and cleared the exams with A grade. They are waiting for project allocation.

Jaipur Office :

Hari met his senior in the office and got to know from him that the delivery manager who looks after employee's transfer requests is good natured and easily approachable when he said that he has idea of moving to Chennai...

Hari : (thinks) transfer pathi kettu paakkalaamaa ? I'm a fresher... just finished my training... will they consider my request ? but kekkuradhu la thappu illaye... lets try...

He goes to the DM (delivery manager) and talks about this...

Hari : Hi Sir !!

DM : no Sir and all... just call me by name...

Hari : how can I... ?

DM : call me Paramesh... this is the culture here... no hierarchy...

Hari : Ok Sir...

DM : come on man...

Hari : Paramesh... I have come to place a request..

DM : go ahead...

DM : oh... but we have planned to use all the new trainees for a project here... so its not possible now..

DM : but don't get disappointed... u may get chance later... or if someone in Chennai agrees for a swap, there is a possibility... lets see...

Hari : Thanks You Paramesh...

DM : But I cannot assure you now...

Hari : thats ok...

DM : but usually.. we would consider the request only after an employee is confirmed... that is ... after 6 months... Anyways you place a formal request in the system and I'll try my best...

Hari : Thanks for you time Paramesh. let me take leave now...

Very interesting to see the way you manage several relationships clearly...Prem-Raji, Hari-Krish, Simi-Krish, Simi-Hari, Prem-Jo, superb job! Nice twist...someone is going to swap with Hari from Chennai ...whoz it?

Hari : No Paramesh... Actually there was one such project where they need a senior person who have experience for about 2 years...

DM : oh... so.. u are still waiting ?

Hari : no Paramesh... I have been allocated to a project yesterday and billing started...

DM : which one ?

Hari : Retail D2C (Direct to Customer) account...

DM : oh adhuvaa... ? James is ur manager right ?

Hari : hmmm... yes..

DM : so.. once you are into the project.. then you might be able to move only when they release from it..

Hari : (silent)

DM : but you are lucky...

Hari : lucky ?

DM : this project operates in 3 cities... here, Hydrebad and Chennai...

Hari : (face lightens up)

DM : but it depends... anyways u put a word to ur manager upfront so that if there are any such opportunity.. you might get chance...

Hari : ok... but I have just joined as fresher... will I be considered... already there might be pending requests la..

DM : why are worried about that... ? just inform him and hope that you get it soon...

Jo dials his number and hears the ring very near. Prem was entering their home...

Prem : hmmm... sollunga Aunty... whats the matter ?

Jo : Mumbai ku vandhadhadhu la irundhu nee endha place um paakkala dhaane ?

Prem : aamaam Aunty... innum pazhakkamaagala route ellaam...

Jo : adhaan... innaikku Preethi kooda poittu vaa...

Prem : edhukku Aunty siramam...

Jo : adhellaam onnum illa... avalum bore adichu poi utkkaarndhirukkaa...

Prem : neenga ?

Jo : illapaa... I'm going out... got some work to be done today...

Prem : oh..

Jo : Preethi ippo vandhuduvaa... ready aayittu irukkaa... breakfast mudichittu kelambunga...

Prem : hmmm... ok Aunty...

Preethi takes Prem out in her to-wheeler to some important in Mumbai to visit and they spend the whole day together...

While returning... Prem felt uncomfortable sitting at the back seat...

Prem : Preethi... naan oattittu varrene... ?

Preethi : ok... licence irukkudhaane ?

Prem : irukku... aanaa Chennai la... anuppa sollanum..

Preethi : apparam eppadi... ? rules laam strict ah follow pannanum... varattum... apparamaa oattunga...

Prem : sari ok...

Chennai Office :

Krish gets a banking project and he is busy learning it. They get time to meet only during the lunch time...

Raaghav is the Team Leader for Simi... He calls the team for some announcement...

Raaghav : Team... our clients wants to meet you all.. especially the new joinees... so we do have a video conference this friday... But its their morning time... which means we need to stay back. It is scheduled from 9 PM to 9:30 PM... It might get extended to few more mins...

So... place the cab request for 10 PM for residence drop and PM will approve the same...

Simi informs this to Krish and ask him to leave and that she will come in CAB on friday...

Friday 8:55 PM :

All are gathered in the conference hall and team across the cities (from Jaipur and Hydrebad as well) are also connected by video conference.

Simi notices Hari on the screen but it is not clear... But she thinks it might be her illusion and left it..

Sharp at 9 o clock... the meeting starts... With formal intro by the clients and little talk about the purpose of the meeting, they asked everyone to introduce themselves and get to know about the others...

Simi lifts her head when she heard Hari's name and she focus and sees him keenly and confirm that it is him, twin brother of Krish and surprised to see him...

Simi : (mindvoice) appo... naan guess pannadhu saridhaan...
