Ishita countered it by saying
If that medium one becomes loose he has to go and get her new dress of her favorite and small size.
So ishita was expecting Raman to get one more dress for her.
She is becoming more wifey.

Raman calls her Karela and even Ishita calls him Karela.
So both Mr and Mrs. Raman Bhalla have some common nick name.
