he is chinese....but from india...his audition has not been shown yet on tv...i think hes gonna be from kolkatta...not sure tho...

I thought Aurnachal Pradesh was part of India..and he was an Indian guy, not Chinese....may be my geograghy is outdated

but his parents are chinese....so by blood he is chinese...just living in india (probably born in india also)

He is from Manipur( Aasaam side) but he is not even allowed to listen or sing Hindi songs, he never learned music but naturally he is so good. I hope Sony recognise his talent and his ecomonical situation and give him some kind of Music training so that he can excel as Indian Idol.
