Frankly Jo is not leaving Agra just because of that night but due to long tracks of insults in Agra...She was never happy for her moments...and now she has understood that Jalal can never value her...

BTW I also remember Jallu telling Ruku lying in bath tub that Jo has no ahmiyat in his life...That sums it all...
