yes, bcoz jodha bai was man singh's sister only...muz married her niece to her son...she was the most beloved wife of jahengir before nur jahan...!!!...and bcoz of her only man singh and jehangir had a fight...(jodha tried to commit suicide)...
akbar never maried jodha...jodha(princess of jodhpur) had som connections to jodhpur...maybe her mother hailed from jodhpur...
!!

Jehangir first wife was Manbawati Bai aka Man Bai akab Shah begum sister of Man Singh, daughter of Bhagwan Das and mother of Khusrau the eldest son of Jehangir. She committed suicide because her son Khusrau did bhagawat and tried to kill Jehangir by assialants. Man Bai tried to broker peace between them but both father-son logger heads. So she committed suicide. Jehangir blamed Khusrau for her death and Khusrau and Man singh blamed Jehangir.
Jehangir third wife jagat gosain aka jodh bai aka taj bilkis makani daughter of mota raja udai singh jodhpur and cousin of man bai. It was man bai who fixed her marriage to jehangir. She was mother of khurram/Shah Jahan died a natural death at 1619 at age 50 or soo. She was official empress of india from 1605 till 1613 and unofficial till death as she was eldest wife alive of jehangir.
Both Man bai, Man Singh and Jodha bai were first cousins that is their mother or father were brother and sisters. Jodha bai was from Jodhpur or marwar hence name. Her aunty(mota udai singh sister) roop kunwar rathore was 6th wife of maharana pratap. Roop Kunwar rathore's elder sister Rukmawati Lal baiji(i think that is name) was married to akbar.
Hope this clarifies

thanku soo much dear...for such elaborate describtion...agree with each of your reply...
but want to add that jodha's marriage was aaranged by both muz and man bai...!!
and man bai was never the fav empress of jehangir...whereas jodha was..before nur jahan...
and yes it was man bai who drank opium n commied suicide...and there was huge fallout btw mansingh khurrum and jehangir...but afterwards... even jodha to "tried" (in my first commment i wrote tried..bt later srry i didn't wrote tried maybe that let to confusion srry guyzz...)commiting suicide) commiting suicide...which let to again a larger fallout out b/tw nt jus man singh n jehangirs..btw btw 2 parvaars..as a whole...
