Its my first ever story, a one shot on Rishabala and Jr. Madhu please bear with me, it's a little different but please do give it a try!
FROM THE HEAVENS
"There" Madhu said pointing her finger towards a room
Rishabh followed her quietly, lost in his thoughts.
Madhu reached the door of the room followed by Rishabh by her side but she stopped, unable to gather the courage to move forward, tears starting to build up her eyes and a rage of other emotions building up inside her like a storm. Rishabh held her hand in his, and gave her an ensuring smile, that they have to do this.Like always he was there was his Biwi whenever she tensed up or got emotional ,he could not afford her getting weak, because she was his strength. This was enough for Madhu to get the courage she wanted.
Though Rishabh was providing her strength to do all this but who was he lying to, he was more tensed than Madhu and more nervous. RK was nervous! a person who once used to make the whole world nervous around him ,was nervous today beyond limit. He was following Madhu because he didn't have the energy to lead.
They both were getting this chance after 18 years and they very well knew they will never be able to experience it again. It was their first and last chance.
He was brought out of his thoughts when Madhu shook him lightly. They both knew it the moment is here they waited for and they won't have much time to waste. They both looked at each other with a small smile and a hint of tears in both their eyes and they they looked at the closed doors and in a moment they passed through the closed doors entering the room.
Yes they passed through the closed doors! Why would they need to open the doors . Alive people need to do that and not someone who was dead years back!!!!
After a wait of 18 years they were allowed to go back on earth as angels by god for few hours just to see their DAUGHTER. No one could see them, no one could feel them.
They were not alive that didn't mean they didn't have emotions, that they didn't love each other as much, that they didn't crave to be by her daughter's side and protect her from all her problems.
Only they knew what it felt to sit there up in the heavens and watch their daughter and the PEOPLE THEY LOVED suffer the pain from the world. It didn't feel to be in heaven.
How much Rishabh wanted to be with her when she was growing up, taking her daily to school , pamper her with all the luxuries and madhu then would be eating his head not to spoil their daughter, how he would punch any guy who would even stare at her daughter.
How Madhu wished she could dress up her doll daughter every time while Rishabh clicked her daughter's pictures like a doting father and how she would make her ready for her marriage but all this was a dream, a dream that is a past could never be fulfilled.
Back to the ROOM
There was darkness in the room, but they could see their daughter sleeping the floor by the bed side. Tears started flowing through Madhu's eyes, feelING her daughter so close to her. Rishabh knew what Madhu was going through he brought her close to him and side hugged her comforting her.
Both of them went and sat down beside their daughters sleeping form.
How much both of them wanted to hug her and wake her up to tell her that they were her parents and not just some dead superstars which she always thought them to be.
Though she knew the truth now but she could never was able to believe that she was Madhubala and Rishabh Kundra's daughter.
"She looks exactly like you Madhu" Rishabh spoke with so much love in his voice like a proud father.
"Yes, But she has your eyes RK" Madhu told RK looking at her daughter who was sleeping with a litte smile on her lips as if she knew how her parents are with her for what she wished her for a lifetime.
Madhu turned to look at RK and a lone tear escaped his eyes and Madhu cupped his face and hugged him consoling him. However emotional she was, RK was always the weaker.
RK then wiped his tears and they both again looked at their daughter when madhu spoke "I just want to touch her once RK" as if she was pleading to him
"I Know Madhu but its not in our hand, she cannot feel us" RK told her defeatingly
But Madhu raised her hand to touch her head with her closed eyes and with so much love and plead in her heart.
The moment she touched her daughter a golden light appeared where she touched her forehead as if destiny fulfilled their wish and Madhu could feel her daughter. Rk looked astonished and happy beyond words.
Jr. Madhu was waking up with a feeling of hand on her head. She woke up and first thing was to wear her specs even before opening her eyes.
Here Madhu's and RK's emotions knew no bound but they were doubtful if their daughter would be able to see them.
Jr Madhu adjusted her eyes at first all she could see was darkness but as she adjusted to the moonlight in the room she could see herself and Raju sitting in front of her who were smiling t her with tears in their eyes.
Wait, she thought she must be watching a dream, she turned her head back to sleep.
RK and Madhu's face disappointed seeing her going back to sleep as if she could not see them.
But something snapped in Jr. Madhu's mind and she turned back to face her dream'.
Its when she noticed the girl sitting in front of her could not be her, because she was never that beautiful according to her and this girl though looked like her but was way more beautiful, and the guy ooked so normal and so at ease Raju never looked this? Was she seeing their future.
"NO!!! They were superstars Rishabh kundra and Madhubala Kundra
NO they were her PARENTS!!!" Jr. Madhu self thought
She stopped thinking when she heard
"BABY" the girl in front of her spoke with so much love in her voice, she must be her Mom yes she is her mom!
And in an instance she hugged her like to never get distanced from her
Yes Madhu could hug her, it was like the world she got.
Both the Madhu's in Rishabh's like were hugging each other and crying immensely and he felt like a complete family
"Beti" Jr. Madhu heard the guy say it, It was so difficult considering him her father because he was a superstar.
"Papa" she asked through her tears and Madhu nodded at her and she rushed forward towards him and hugged her.
Madhu also came to hug them and it was a family hug.
"Where were you, please please don't leave me again, this world is very cruel , I need u mama papa" Jr Madhu spoke amongst her sobs.
RK made her face up and Madhu cleaned her tears and RK spoke " If the world is cruel, I will smash it, no one dares to mess with my daughter again" he paused for a second and spoke again " but you know god has played a game with us, he wants you to be stronger than me and fight for yourself and you that guy" he Said pointing towards Raju sleeping ever so cutely on the bed. "That guy will help you" and Madhu nodded I agreement.
Jr. Madhu smiled a little but then again hugged her mummy papa and continued with her sobs. Rk and Madhu looked at each other and they there time on earth was over again and they had to leave.
They shushed her and her again where she was sleeping and Madhu told her " you are my and RK's daughter , you can never be weak and I know that , no one can do any harm to you unless you allow the , we love you and there are other people around you who also love you. Take care of yourself Dida ,Bittu chacha and Raj . When you need us we will be there by your side always. You just need to think of us with a smile on your face and all the love in your heart."
Jr. Madhu smiled lying on the floor, Madhu pulled a blanket over her and Rk kept a hand on her forehead and Madhu both said in unison "we love you"
And she closed her eyes with a smile on her face, going into a deep satisfied sleep.
RK and Madhu looked one final time at her and turned to go back to where they belonged. But suddenly Madhu turned back and went where Raju was sleeping.
She bent and placed a motherly hand on his hand, though she couldnot feel him or touch him like she did to Jr. Madhu but she still spoke
"Take care of my daughter" and left with Rk to the heavens again.
MORNING
"Gudiya" "Gudiya" Raju spoke trying to wake her up
"Ha Raju bolo kya hua" she spoke still a smile there on her face
"Tum neend mein pta hai muskura rahi thi ,kya hua koi sapna deka" Raju spoke with his childish excitement.
Madhu paused a second, analysed what happened last night maybe was just a dream, without answering she just went to the window closed her eyes and smiled again.
She realized
"No, it was not a dream" it was like whisper she was just suring her self.
And then she looked at Raju
"Raju lets make you chocolate milkshake" she said ever so chirpingly
She had a new energy in her today.
Up in the heavens RK and madhu standing in a side hug position
"she looks happy today" Rk told and added "even I am very much" with a beaming smile
But Madhu was somewhere sad and he noticed
"what happened"
he asked caringly and everything " now nothing is to be to sad about, she is happy and we are together"
"But we will always be like this frozen, never moving forward, never be able to see be with our daughter forever, or our grandchildren, with white hair" she said lost
RK had no answer for this, he paused and spoke
" yes we will be frozen, we ll never grow but our love will always grow it will never end like us and that's the best part and you know we will always be able to see our daughter happy and that will the bestest part right"
"ya" she mouthed finally smiling and then she hugged him never to be separated again

I am still not over Rishaba and I doubt if I ever will be!
I never found their ending good.. I wanted a better ending
I still wanted to see them as Rishabh and Madhu and this was the only way to do so😆!! Thank you so much for reading
