She is a strong woman, after the miscarriage, her only concern was not to muck up the filming of the episodes. So, it may be possible that leaving kyunki is to focus on herself, as she had dedicated years for filming.

I reckon after leaving and having a bit of a breather, things will go well for her. All she needs to do is regular checkups and scans. They haven't mentioned the cause, other than back pain. Perhaps its the stress and pressure of work.
