Yes, I liked the dignified and mature Paro they showed today...although when she made the Shivji reference again I was like oh no here we go again😆...but thankfully it was just that one and today it worked in the total scheme of things...the writers not so subtly were replying back to the forum people who've raised questions about Paro's loopy behavior...lol...so they justified it as a matter of perception.

Arey don't jump the gun...it's so easy to rile up Rudra...lol...I doubt mind games are gone totally but yeah for today he's probably all dazed by how well Paro handled the thing and saved his job...lol...I liked that "Ab tumse kya main shikva karun" bit in the Rangrez song that played on them today...fits their POV so well...he's lost some of the fuel for his resentment just for today😆...but don't worry...we've got Mala waiting in the wings always to remind him WHO Paro learned everything from😆...and I'm sure pyaari Laila will be back too since you're missing her so much😆

Rudra will be on the back and forth path for a bit I guess...it would be nice if they created circumstances as you said for him to explain his hurt to Paro.

BAAL dancing...hahaha sounds hilarious to me...arey waise toh Sharmaji is a good dance I hear and waise bhi it will probably be a slow dance in the party...so chill😆...For now just be happy the CHAMGAADADHS are gone...weren't you raising your B.P. so much over them?

😆😆 Bachhi Badhi ho rahi hai (actually budhi ho gayi hai) - but aaj maine ek glass doodh peeke episode dekha! Whiskey was not cutting it all these days! And honestly- the episode had a very surface level impact on me. My eyes were fixed on the reactions in the 'background' rather then what was hogging the screen space. But Damyantiji hit some home truths today- and Rudra ji ki class lagi- GOOD! He gets to hear only from Dilsher otherwise. Also Senior saab can get away with it- but today he had to take it from an outsider- and take it calmly- without erupting a blood vessel! And he was already affected by Paro's words by then. Yes- I would like to see him TRY to control his temper in the next few episodes- but zyaada nahi please- uska gruffness hi toh USP hai! This man has been leading his life HIS way all these years- no other encumbenments- just his father with whom he does not really have the father-son like relationship. It would be nice to see him trying to be considerate about someone else who has somehow entered HIS way of life inadvertently! The reluctant blanket sharing scene I loved the other day- precisely for this reason. All this relunctatnt realisation is going to irritate the hell out of him- and I am going to be a happy camper seeing that irritation- yayy!

Shucks- I really did forget that I am seeing the back of that Pesky Peppy Peeping Phulwaari!!!! AAj toh ek aur glass doodh ho jaaye!!

I see what you did there😛😆

Look at him here...total goner😆...if someone held up a mirror for him in that moment, Major saab would be MORTIFIED😆

Word on everything else...yes, he obviously has to work on his temper issues...good advice from DamnAunty there that he needs to be careful about what he says cuz words said carelessly in anger can haunt you for a long time

But at the same time, me too wants the gruffness to remain...grouchy Rudra is adorable😆...like in the blanket scene as yous said.

This could work as an alternate theme song for RR...😆

I would call her confused more than anything, which I considered to be right on the money in that sequence. You missed kakusa's statement. It only takes one moment to realize the facts as they lie. There is a little bit of inconsistency in their cadence but they have the right steps which is where I agree on the point of your entire post.

I thought she was confused at one point too...but then she sounded so sure🤔😆...actually even her love realization isn't as much of a problem as the execution of the reactions during the hate wedding...I can understand her losing her head in the high/joy of realizing her love...but then she got happy too quickly after just having been through a hate wedding...so some inconsistency comes in there.

Like I understand they are trying to show her love as devotional, divine, pure...what I feel she is confused about in actuality is the TOTALITY of what love and a relationship with Rudra brings...she oversimplifies it by stating what she feels is a simple truth...they are meant to be husband and wife...and now they are...she's got that attitude ki baaki sab saath saath dekh lenge😆...she's gotten him to marry her, bas...aur kya chahiye😆...his love? Woh bhi ho jaayega...she's got supreme confidence in her herself and her faith in the divinity of their relationship😆

The image of darkness goes with the territory...that is the inherent theme of this show if they stay true to the original story...but yes there are other elements in the show too, no doubt...what they have is dark comedy...but if they try to promote this show as a "light hearted" one intermittently, it dilutes what the ORIGINAL essence is and that is more detrimental to the show in the long run...audiences value honesty of emotions.

I disagree that this show is telling the story from the male lead's point of view...the title of the show may be Rangrasiya, thus pointing to Rudra but Paro's point of view is given plenty of footage too...it's just that Paro is SO simple-minded and innocent as a character that there isn't much they can do with that...it doesn't make an impact...but yes, for a good story the viewpoints of both the characters need to be well-presented so that the audience can connect as a whole.

We should be able to understand both Rudra and Paro's motivations for what they do and why they do it.

Hi There ...I think my point about positivity is misunderstood...To me positivity and hope are not the same as lightheartedness or comedy...Actually this point is so often misunderstood...that I should clarify this at the onset...Even with a dark past, a story can focus on the positivity and human potential to find beauty...That to me is positive...and not dark...and it is certainly not "lighthearted"...

I agree with you that Paros point of view is given footage...and I was a bit hasty to characterize the entire story as being told from male leads point of view...That is not true...So I agree with you there... Although, I do think that sometimes Paros feelings are oversimplified, to the extent that to many it seems like they are brushed over...which lead me to make that statement...in any case...nice talking with you...I hope we each find something to enjoy in it...
Ciao!
