Their dance

On second thoughts, I feel that raghav's going and grabbing Kalpana for a dance and ignoring her slight denial is awesome symbolism that he will take the right steps for them both. Now. And in future as well. He is not going to hide his relationship from the world because there is nothing wrong in it. He says earlier that this party is for Kalpana and by dancing with her at the end he proves that indeed this party is for Kalpana! They will not speak to the world about their relationship but the intimacy in their dance is speaking volumes that they are indeed a couple now! And Raghav, with his maturity will lead them to the right. It's a pure relationship of two inseperable sould and thus there is no reason to hide!

Going with Raghav's character he is so happy now that he will not care for the people around him . Agree with you they may not talk about it in open but people around will feel their intimacy . I want his employees to see the change in their relation in office.

I agree...Raghav knows what he wants...and loves Kalpi truly madly deeply there is no reason for him hiding his feelings and happiness.
