Track of Vivek&Sanchi is to show the viewers that Anandi is not at all a loving wife. She's a good person good sister in law good daughter in law but not at all a good wife. She never cared for the feelings of shiv as a wife. if she were even after adoption she will tell about infertility treatment. She knew well lack of her interest & emotions has blocked the blessing to be a father for shiv.
