Today's episode was good.

Actually, it had me cracking up a few times. A few gems,

Resham - That awkward moment when Resham has better shade of lipstick to wear , than the ladies.

Maham - Queens be like locking their jewelry.

Ruqaiyya - They see me rollin', them hukkaahs smokin'.

Shagunibai - You cry one more time, I'll roll my eyes. I guarantee it.

Rahim - Keep Calm and Listen to Stories.

Farhaad Khan - You disguise yourself to avoid detection? Here, lemme shout "Shahenshah" at the top of my voice.

Jalaal - I don't always go dubkifying rivers, but, when I do, I lose my shawl and make a skinny dippin of it.

Jodha - One doesn't simply, go underground without making audience scream themselves hoarse," turn left turn left, your man's there, for heavens's sake turn left".

Shehnaaz - What if I told you, I scratch my head when I have nothing to say to look cute.

Any resemblance to popular memes is very much intended.

My prediction for the day, SR is still a few days or rather gym sessions away, as RT still has a ghost of a paunch. Try Ulong tea dude.

When it comes to predictions, I believe whackier the better, I want them to go The man in the Iron mask way, and show a Jalaal ka humshakal. *Rubs palms with glee.*

This thread will always and continue to be a platform for all thoughts and views and I invite all those who want to celebrate, debate, and vent about the episode to post here.

I might not have time to always respond to all posts individually but I will definitely try ... As I did today.

So, here is my take 5 ... With a few funny takes in between- hope you enjoy!

(1) I love it when I see Shaguni Bai on screen ... That is enough to bring a smile to my face and would have made my take 5 ... But there is one part of her dialogue I liked a lot ... She said it is dono ki pariksha of prem or vishwaas ki ... I liked the word dono. This is not only test of love and trust for Jalal but Jodha as well. And, I hope the CVs do justice to show this journey for both of them.

Poor Mainavati, she got a lecture for taking that promise from Jodha to not come to Amer ... Bechari woh kya karthi, agar aise vachan nah dehti toh CVs yeh track drag karne ka mauka nahin milta ... Jalal would have found Jodha right away in Amer. 😆

I dnt agree wid this lecture. If mainavati had not said that then, Jodha wud have made a non-stop run to Amer. Also, she beautifully explained to Jodha how she shud take forward the relation. So I am sad that CVs has done this to her😒

That being said - I want Shaguni Bai to meet Sujamal as well to yell at him from taking a promise that ruined a lot of things ... Kya CVs will listen to me? 😉

Yes Please do. Ms Shaguni Bai, along wid lecture ek do kicks bhi maar na usko using ur stick😆

(2) A first sigh of relief: It was such a pleasure to see Jalal's moment of relief as he finds the group of people who had seen Jodha pass by ... And then of course, the well-timed hint that she might be in Mathura with her Krishna.

The poor guy, he needed some glimmer of hope to survive ... He was close to collapsing. I sighed relief as well when he came to Mathura.

Hahaaa its more like viewers' journey to mathura and not Jalal's😆 We are feeling tired and relieved

(3) Jalal arrives in Mathura : Or shall I say a trimmer, slimmer Badal. Finally, both Jodha and Jalal are in the same place.

Three funny observations:

- Is Jalal still wearing his sash (is that what you call it?) a little lower than he should have? It bothers me. 😆

🤣 Tujhe kya disturbance hai? concentration is getting a hit na😆

- Did anyone else notice that Jalal turns looking for Jodha and Jodha turns looking for Shehnaaz .. Shehnaaz to pakki kabab mein haddi hai 😉

But never fear ... Only reverse cupids work on this show ... Remember Mohan (the tiger) was supposed to be a cupid, I am still trying to figure out what he did for them ... 😆

I still don't understand y all of u r calling tiger as mohan?🤔😆

- And is this an Ekta Kapoor serial - the leads didn't sense or feel each other, the winds didn't blow when they were next to each other ... Hadh hai yaar! What is the point of a separation track if this doesn't happen! 😆

Exactly!!! Whr is telepathy here?? They shd be able to feel each others presence.

(4) Flaskback scene: It was nice to see Akdha on screen again ... Jodha, was so casual with Jalal ... Sharing her belief in "dubki" lagaana in the river and Jalal teasing her about it ... Ah, how refreshing to see a casual, informal Jodha and Jalal in his "mujhe aapko tang karne mein itna mazaa aata hai" form! 😳

Trivia question: when could this scene have possibly happened? I couldn't think of which track they were sitting by the river side in royal clothes ... Laughing and joking with each other 😆

Ek scene mila hai, shukr karo.. no deep analysing it😆

Jodha and Jalal bade hi challu nikle ... They have been taking all these outings without telling us and hum to soch rahe the inki love story shuru hi nahin huin ...

(5) Jodha-Jalal together in the river : Any other time, and that description would have gotten people's minds running ... But, Jodha and Jalal itne paas hokar itne door hai as they are both praying in the river,

As always, liked Jalal's prayer to find his Jodha Begum ... He should also have prayed that she agree to come back like his Old Jodha ... He will need God's help on this. 😆

Ek baar jodha kya pray kar rahi thi, woh bhi tho dikha sakte the. These ppl r going to make us keep guessing her mann ki words all the time🥱

Honorable mention: Saw cute Rahim today, how he drives Ruqs crazy by liking Jodha's story more. Sweet revenge!

Also, nice that Jodha missed Rahim and telling stories about Shehenshah as she mentioned to Shehnaaz ... Only Jodha could call Shehnaaz smart when the rest call her crazy 😆

Jodha begum ji, ek baar tho khubool karlo that u r missing ur hubby. Itna bhi tho shy feel mat kar

One thought for the day: By taking a dip in the holy river, Jodha described how all paap / mistakes are washed out and wishes come true ...

So wats her wish wen she dipped in the water?😳

Seeing both Jodha and Jalal together in the river, I truly hope that their mistakes are washed away ... (As well as our debates about their mistakes are washed away in the forum) and ours and their wish for a passionate, deep love story come true.

Bonus question of the day: Who has Maham Anga kept captive? Whoever guesses right, gets a dinner date with _______. Pehchaan kaun?
