I don't think either deserve Saloni. But Nahar deserves her more because he is ashmed of his behavior and also he wanted saloni to be happy with yug.
Also Saloni loves Nahar and most of all he is her husband.

I don't know if Nahar deserves her. So what if he's her husband, in the dramas, sabh kuch chalta hai

Neel loves Saloni and only Saloni. I know that Nahar loves her but not as much as Neel loves her
