Michel "Isska apun kya karega..kisiko pata chala ki hey sala yaha hain tho delhi ki poori police force iske peeche aur isske saat saat hamare peeche lagjayegi"

Anthony "Aree issko yahi tapak dalte hain na.. aur kahi dafnadenge.." aimed a gun point on unconscious maan's head who was tied to a chair.

Vikram was listening to all this came forward "Please ...maan ko kuch matt karo..main usse samjadunga..please tum log usse matt maro...main na..main guarantee dunga...please usse kuch matt karo.."

Somewhere in sub-conscious maan could hear their talks. He tired to open his eyes which were heavy due the loss of blood and tiredness.

Mihcel "Bhai.. abhi time nahi hain..hamare paas, iss vikram pe bhi mujhe barosa nahi hain..dono ko yahi dafnadenge" pointing his gun towards vikram, michle said.

Anthony "nahi..we can't take risk...abhi hamara pehala priority maal ko yaha laana..aur abhi bhi iss vikram ki hamehy bahut kaam aane waala hain..hey hamara kuch nahi karsakta...isske dor tho hamare haat main.." taking out the white powder packet from his pant pocket.

Vikram fell near maan's chair and held maan's legs for begging his forgiveness "I am sorry maan..I am so sorry for involving you in all this...main kabhi nahi soocha tha ki meri drug addiction ki waje se tumhey hey sab sehana padraha hain...mere hathon bahut badi gunaah hogai maan...main gunegaar hun tumhara, dev aur geet ka...please mujhe maaf karo"

Maan felt a unbearable pain in his head, the blood has covered his white shirt.

Anthony and Michel both were laughing at vikram's plight. Michel "bhai ..iss maan ki hamhey jarurat paregi aagey jaakey..q na hum iss goa lechale ..? "

Vikram "no! I won't allow you to take him...for god sakes he needs to be taken to hospital...I can't let this happen"

Anthony "vikram..Don't make me to shoot you.. He is a threat to us when he knows everything about us and you too...unless you want me to shoot him and burry somewhere no one can look for"

Vikram held his collar "Don't you dare think about it...I won't let this happen to my best friend. Chaye q na meri jaan bhi gawa na pade..." while saying this vikram grabbed anthon's gun.

Vikram"Don't come near to me.. I will shoot you both ha... Back off" vikram tired to wake up maan "Maan utto..please ..uttjaho..."

Michel hit vikram's hand which held gun "Saale...halkat..haraami...hamari namak khakey hamhey per hi waar karta hain" he started to hit vikram until he fell on the floor unconscious.

Anthony "Michel pehale iss vikram ko ghar pouchado...baad main isska main kabar loonga.. abhi ...iss maan ka kuch intajaam karna parega...dono police ki kutte hain...sooch samaj ke phair rakhnaparega..."

Michel "Iss maan ki waje se hamara kittna kuch nuksaan huwa hian...main tho innse barabar itsaab loonga..." michle said releasing maan's cuffs.

48 hrs Later(2 days)

"Dev..Dev..mera Maan kaha hain? " geet ran to dev when she saw him entering the house with worry covered his face.

Tara "Dev..aap kuch bolte q nahi...maan bhai kaha hain...? Dekhihey ..geet na apna kya haal banarakki hain..." pointing at geet, tara asked dev again .

Dev "Main kaha kaha nahi dhoona usse...magar woh kahi bhi nahi millraha hain...usske flat..club..office..station..jaha jaha woh jasaktata ..waha waha maine dhoonda aur abhi bhi poore department issi kaam main lagi hain...magar kahi bhi uska pata nahi ..naahi uska cell lagrahi hain...uska bolero tho flat ke parking zone main hi hain...mujhe samaj main hey nahi aaraha hain..akir maan bina kuch bole kaha jaasakta hain..."

Geet couldn't control her tears anymore "Sabb meri galthi hain...sabb meri galti...woh... mujhese rootkar kahi chalegaye..hain..." geet sat on the floor crying her heart out.

Dev's heart broke when he saw geet's outburst and said kneeling beside her "Pagali.. issmain tumhari kya galthi hain gudiya.. maan shayad isi kaam ke silsile main bahar gaya hoga...tum romatt..tara..geet ko andar lekar jaao"...dev said wiping geet's tears.

Geet "jhoot...tum sabb jhoot bolrahey ho...agar maan kaam per bahar gaya hoga tho ...tumhari poori department q doondrahi unko...bolo? " pointing at dev.

Geet "uss din mujhe maan ko janey nahi dena chaiyeta... sabb meri galthi hain...na main unki phone thodthi ..naa woh mujhse naraaz hotey aur naa aaj woh rootkar kahi chalejate..."

Dev "Tumhe usska phone thoda? Per q ? isiliye usska phone nahi lagrahi hain? ..tumne hey baat uss din q nahi batahi geet? ..q chupaya.."

Geet "main jaanbujkey nahi todatha dev..woh main unnpe gussa thi tho.."

Dev sighed at her childishness "Geet ..tum kabb samajdaarise kaam logi.."

Geet started to cry again, Dev "Phirse nahi ...roo matt gudiya..main lekar aata hun tumhare maan ko..abb chup hojaho.."

Geet "I don't know dev...but I have this feeling that maan is in some danger..mujhe bahut darr lagrahi hain..kahi unko kuch hogaya tho nahi..."

Dev "Aisa kuch nahi hain geet...maan aaj yak al wapis ayega ...agar woh nahi ayega tho main lekar aahunga... you don't worry gudiya...woh hum sabbse bahut dintak door rehsakta hain magar tumhey dekhey bina woh..nahi repayega..."

Tara "Geet kuch tho khalo...tum do din se kuch nahi khaya hain ..aise kaise chalega...dev aap kaho na geet ko ..."

Dev "Mujhe bhi bahut bhook lagi hain tara...kahana lagalo..hum sabb ek saat khaeyngye aaj..." dev said checking his cell.

Dev "Hey Vicky bhi na... aajkal bahut busy hogaya hain...mera call takk nahi utatha.." again he called on vicky's cell to enquire about maan's whereabouts.

One month later

Doctor declared vikram's death to dev giving him another shock of his life in single a month. First maan, god knows where he was. No one was able to trace maan and it has become one big mystery to the department. Even though taking help from PI (Personal investigators) dev couldn't solve the mystery of maan's sudden disappearance. There is no place ..not even a single person..he asked about maan. No one has seen him for the last time except geet and before that vikram. Geet is not a much of help at this time. Now Vikram's death news shocked a hell out of him. He has lost his two best friends. They have become integral part of his life. How will he lead this life without them? What will he say to his gudiya to whom he has promised to bring maan back to her? Why him why god why?.

Another officer who was shot at bashanagar encounter was also declared dead. Totally 3 officers were shot dead in the encounter for goons bullet. The family and friends of the dead officers were divested, No one can console them; dev was alone stood at vicky's dead body looking at the people who mourning over the dead bodies.

At funeral

Dev gave fire to vicky's body as he was the only family he and maan had. Dev felt weak, alone, shattered his two best friends left him without saying proper goodbye. At least he can let go Vicky but maan? Dev fell on his knees on the ground crying loudly "Why...why..?" Tara and geet stood behind dev watching the fire engulfing the vicky's dead body.

Tara sat beside dev hugging him from sideways "Dev..aap aise toojayenge tho...humhey koun sambalega...geet ke taraf dekhiye..woh..tho ek putli ki tara bangahi hain...naa teek se khaati hain...naa kisise baat karti hain...abb tho wo ansu bahana bhi bandh kardiya hain..." geet still stood at the same place without any care of her surroundings looking at the fire... her dupatta fell down when a wind blew.. dev saw her blank face, he couldn't see her like this nor he can give her any false hopes. Dev his face in tara's shoulder sobbing, then suddently tara called out geet's name in horror " Geettt..."

At Geet's apartment

Doctor was examining geet's pulse and asked tara for a bowl of warm water. Outside Dev was worried sick when he saw geet falling on the ground like a lifeless leaf. He can't lose another person close to him and his only blood relative.

Doctor came out of the geet's bedroom "inke husband kaha hain? "

Dev gave a confused look to doctor "Ji..? Husband? ..ji woh.. Geet ki"" tara cut him off in mid before he say something "Ji woh..kaam ke silsile main out of station hain...kya baat hain doctor"..

Doctor sighed "Dekhiye..abb Geet ki haalat bahut naajuk hain..iss samai uske husband..unke saat rehana bahut zaroori hain... main kuch vitamins aur iron tables likkey deti hun..aap usse time pe dijiyega...ek aur baat.. kal geet ko mere hospital lekhey aajahyega.. mujhe uski thorough check up karna hain...abhi kuch kehna mushkil hain...test ke baad hi main confirm karpahungi"..

Dev felt like pulling his hair "Doctor ...what are you saying I couldn't follow..You...what happened to geet.."

Tara tried to say something, Doctor" Mr.Gupta Geet might be pregnant.. by looking at the symptoms I suspect she is pregnant that's y I asked you to bring her tomorrow to my clinic so I can run few tests to confirm that she is pregnant"

Dev was speechless and shocked to hear this news. He didn't know whether to be happy or sad about the news. Once the Doctor gone, tara sat beside dev on sofa. Dev " hey kya horaha hian tara...mujhe kuch samaj man nahi aaraha hain..."

Tara "dev iss waqt hamhey hoshari se sabb smbla hoga...agar geet such main pregnant hain tho...hum sse yaha akeli nahi chodsakte...aap samajrahey hain na main kya kehrahi hun"

Dev just nodded to her and went inside geet's room. He looked at geet's pale face. His mind was blogged with so many questions. What will he do now? How will he manage everything?

Present at hospital

Geet woke up from her deep sleep when she heard Armaan was crying loudly seeking his mom's attention. Geet tried to sit straight with great difficultly but couldn't ...so she tried to pull the crib near to her bed to pick him. Geet called for help but no one came as her voice was not loud enough to be heard by anyone. Geet somehow pulled the crib near to her bed and took crying armaan in her arms whispering him sweet things. Geet "Shh..mere bte ko bhook lagi hain.. ? hmm? Mamma ki godi main sona hain mere armaan ko..." geet opened her hospital gown's top three buttons and brought armaan's mouth near to her leaking breast..armaan hungrily latched to her breast making geet to winch with pain. After few seconds geet felt the pressure in her left breast decreasing. Geet felt like talking with her armaan..her baby..their babies...her's and maan's babies..no a baby...only armaan...their angel is no more..the memory brought back a tears in geet's eyes. Geet "Maan..I miss you ...our armaan misses you maan...please come back..Where are you?.. yaha do jaan aapki intezar karrahi hain...please come back..please " geet cried hugging armaan tightly.

Somewhere in goa

Maan hid in STD bhoot for another couple of hours until the darkness spreads. His whole body is shaking as the effect of drugs is wearing off. He has no strength to stand up. For a minute he sliped into a brief sleep but he heard someone calling his name... maan..the familiar voice...maan..he has to move now yet couldn't due to this weakness. He heard a passing by vehical and bent his head down hidning from whoever is searching for him. He has to go but where? He wants that drug now? But how and who will give him? He has to resist these cravings for drugs. He should keep moving so that he can meet his angel...his geet is waiting...since how long he has no idea "Tu milna paaye'Hum jeena paaye'Kahin marna jaaye...Kaisi hai kaisi hai bebasi"

Maan smiled thingking about geet getting angry and when she gets angry her ears and nose becomes red. "Dil phir se chaahey...Teri hi panaahein'.Kahin mar na jaaye zindagi" He wants to beg her forgiveness for his gunaah...he wants to beg dev's forgiveness for ruining his cousin's life. "Gunaah kia dil maine, yaar ka todh ke" His Gunaah is unforgiveable, it wouldn't let rest him in peace. His redemption won't give what has Geet lost. "Mera har pal ab toh bojhal'...Veeran sa, dil yeh har dum'Lakhon hai gum, tanha hai hum...Kaise sahein itna sitam" he can't sit her till someone comes and kill him. He must go to his geet, its her right to punish him for behaving like an animal. Maan gathererd all his left out strength to stand up. His thigh wound giving hima hell lot of pain. It was not that painfull when he was on drugs but now he felt this is a hell...a living hell. Maan searched his wallet; geet has gifted him that wallet on his birthday.

He had a blured memory, someone snatching his wallet and later knocking him off. He tried to remember dev's phone number but coz of drug effects he couldn't remember a single number. he randomly dialed some numbers with shaking hands taking a reciver near to his ear. And then he heard someone yelling his name "waha dekho...saala kisiko phone lagaraha hain...pakdo...maine kaha than a ..woh yahi kahi chupke baita hoga...goli mardo saleko" maan let the reciver down immediatley and started to run towards the city with limping leg. In his confused mind maan has dialed the police station number. From other end someone asking who has called and they also heard the goon saying followed by a gun shot.

At Police station

Peter & dev were discussing their resuce mission whilst looking at the map. A call disturbed them when peter recived the call but hearing nothing he asked who is talking but peter's face was ashstricken when he and dev both heard someone shouting at maan followed by a gun shot. Peter didn't waste a single second and made some calls to findout from which area the call has come from. Within few minutes peter and dev started towards the area along with some 20 heads police force.

Maan missed the first bullete but couldn't escape the second bullete which has hit his biceps and third one in his stomach. Yet maan kept his pace.

Michel "Saala dekho kaise baagraha hian...munna mera rifel de...main bhi dekhtha aaj kaise bachta hain hey maan singh khurana mere hathon.. bahut bagliya aur bagaliye tuney hamey..."michel held rifle aiming at running maan...and pressed the trigger hitting at maan's back which made him to fall on the ground.

Michle saw maan lifeless body lying on the ground and left from there before anyone sees them after making confirm that maan couldn't survive with that blood loss.

Maan was lying in pool of blood, his mouth, his eyes, his nostrils, all covered with blood; He sighed a heavy breath out with a gush of blood. "Gunaah kia dil maine...yaar ka todh ke...Gunaah kia usse ik din, tanha chodh ke..." i'm the cause, i'm responsible for this pain, i'm the reason for all the sufferings. This is it! This is what god has planed for him and his gunaahs. He was tired of this miserable pain, his Gunaah never let him live in peace. "Tu milna paaye..Hum jeena paaye..Kahin marna jaaye..." His heart beats were weakening; this is the punishment for ruining his angel's life and hurting her; Dieing without seeing her ...without her forgiveness. "Gunaah kia dil maine...yaar ka todh ke...Gunaah kia usse ik...*Ahhh*...Mujhe maaf..."

Maan blinked off the tears and closed his eyes for one last time to a permanent sleep before that he saw someone running towards him ...yelling for the ambulance...and calling his name repeteadly and swearing no to leave them.
