Balika Vadhu Written Update 15/4/14

Udaipur The episode starts with Anandi calling Shiv and cries. School Principal takes the call and informs him about Amol's kidnapping. Anandi cries looking at Amol's wheelchair.

In Jaitser Manish asks Kanchan to take rest for a while. Kanchan apologizes to Manish. Manish says, why you are saying sorry? Kanchan says, I would have got myself treated before if I knew about the illness. Manish says, we can't change the past now. He says, he will make his mom understand. Kanchan cries saying she can't be a mom. Manish assures her that everything will be fine and asks her to rest.

Back to Udaipur Shiv reaches the school. Anandi hugs him and cries. Shiv assures her that Amol will be back with them. Principal apologizes to Shiv . Watchman tells him everything. A flashback is shown about Amol's kidnap. Anandi cries.Watchman tells them that it was a white van and tells everything. Police reaches the place. Shiv gives police details. Shiv asks the watchman to come with them. Shiv calls Alok and informs him about Amol's kidnapping.

In Jaitser Dadisaa tells Panchayat members about getting an assurance from lady collector about college. She says, we need a builder. We will build a college with all the amenities. One lady comes and asks Dadisaa to help her. Lady tells her about getting low money for their vegetables. Dadisaa says, they have to find out. She asks Panch to buy the farmers goodies so that vendors realize their mistake.

In Udaipur Vivek and Sanchi are searching for Amol in their car . Anandi and Shiv are searching in another car. Shiv gets a call from Ira. Shiv tells her we didn't find Amol till now. Anandi talks to Ira and cries. Ira asks her to have strength. Shiv consoles Anandi

Shiv notices the van in which Amol got kidnapped in an isolated place. He searches for the clues but couldn't find any. He calls the Inspector and informs him about the van. Shiv assures Anandi that they will find Amol soon.

One beggar asks another beggar, when she will call Amol's parents for the ransom money. The one who kidnapped Amol says, I kidnapped him to take revenge from his mother . He will beg for us. She eyes at Amol with hatred and revenge . Amol is still unconscious.

Anandi and Shiv come back home without Amol. Anandi hugs Ira and cries. Ira and Meenu console Anandi that they will soon find Amol. Police find the information about the Van's owner. They start searching for Amol.

Amol wakes up and realizes that he is kidnapped. He recalls the incident. He calls for help. He sees the door and struggles to reach there. He knocks on the door and cries calling Anandi.

Inspector comes to Kesar Bagh and informs everyone that the van owner is a good man. Van was stolen for the kidnapping purpose. Anup asks where is our Amol? Inspector says, We are searching the child. He asks, did anyone call to ask money? Shiv says no. Inspector leaves . Anandi is shattered. She looks at Amol's name on the cupboard and recalls the moments spent with him. She gets emotional looking at Amol's bed.

Precap:
Shiv gets a call from the Inspector.He tells everyone that they found a child but don't know if he is Amol. Shiv goes to see the child.

Excellent gripping episode.. The emotional and drama part was well scripted and executed 👍🏼 It all looked realistic..
All three actors Sid, Toral and Shubham did a great job. Especially the kid Shubham was star of the episode. His expressions when he gained consciousness were worth watching... portrayed Amol's helplessness very well.

The child in the precap is definitely not Amol. Either he will help the police to reach till Amol's kidnappers or it can be just any other kid with no relation to Amol.

A good episode overall.
The trio Shiv,Anandi and Amol were brilliant. However, I was not convinced with the other Shekhar reactions, it seemed like another bad incident for them. How could Anup and Alok just sit at home waiting for an update from Shiv? That was really strange. how would dadisa have reacted, won't she immediately ask Bhairon and Basant to go search for Amol? I am aware that this forum does not really appreciate much dadisa's devout connection with devima, but I believe in prayers and I missed dadisa's comforting presence for Anandi.

Coming to Dadisa, she simply rocks ! I really don't mind she taking over Anandi's projects as it is a pleasure to watch her tough-compassionate persona.

Kidnapping scene was not good - but searching for Amol looked realistic in this episode except that they did not try to use finger print expert or sniffer dog when the vehicle was found.

Jaitsar scene - no comment. The creatives have to understand that a place cannot be simultaneously be a village and a district - it is like calling a full grown lion as a cub. Once Jaitsar became a district - the panchayat is deemed to be dissolved automatically. It should now has district council. This is also like spreading wrong information.

SPuja - as far as I know, even though Jaitsar is a district, it could still have a Panchayat Samiti.
