Well i know Sawera made a post on this but i also have other things that link to PV as well! I have been talking about making this post for quite a while now so here it is!
1.
PV How Aarti tries to convince her family that Ishita is up to no good, so she tries to find some evidence behind her plan (the letter that aarti found, the missing of ayu) and she gets evidence to proof that Ishita is not worthy of Yash or the Schindia crew. Ishita tries to turn Pari against Aarti when ayu was brought back in the house.
TP Pakhi tries to convince Anshuman that Tanya is a bad person and has bad intentions, she is just selfish and wants only Anshuman, she doesnt love him, she is greedy just like Ishita was with Yash. She gets evidence by recording a clip of Tanya and Ayaan talking how they will throw Pakhi out of the house, she gets Ayaan to turn against his mother

PV can you remember the mangalsutra breaking? well in PV the mangalsutra broke for me because it symbolized that there was trouble ahead
TP In TP, anshuman finds the mangalsutra on the floor and is broken, he sees it and runs to find his wife as he knows she is in trouble!

PV When Yash and Aarti both had bhang and consumated? We all can remember Yash's rage on the guilt of that night
TP Anshuman and Pakhi both drink bhang together and let their feelings out, later on Anshuman avoids Pakhi and calls her an 'ajnabe'
4.
PV Aarti is pregnant and she leaves with Ansh after Yash's birthday, Yash is very guilty and realises that he needs Aarti in his life, he goes and searches for Aarti and his sons
TP Pakhi finds out how Anshuman wanted to kick her out of the house, Pakhi is going to leave when Anshuman feels really guilty after what Pakhi did for him.. he needed to apologize and again Pakhi is about to leave the house after getting defeated knowing that ayaan doesnt accept her as a mom, aayan asks his mom to stay at the last minute

PV In PV aarti tries to cheer up the kids and tries to get Yash to play with Ansh Palak and Payal.. while in the process the kiddos turn it around and while showering the kids with the hose it lands upon Yash and Aarti
TP Pakhi and Ayaan are messing around with water and Pakhi tries to aim the hose and Ayaan but then Ayaan ends up getting hose and drenching Pakhi and Anshuman appears too
