Today's episode is one which i am never ever going to watch again and its not because shlok does not love aastha but because of Swathi and shlok. It made me so sad to see the ending of their love story. No matter what its clear that they both loved each other from heart and for the moment i was angry at CVs for bringing aastha in front of Swathi. In her last moments, she saw her love with someone else. This must be painful, at least it would be painful for me.

Coming to Shlok, i liked his character today because he was himself there. The person with whom he wanted to spend rest of his life was right in front of him and he chose her which was the right thing to do because shlok never loved aastha the way he loved swathi. Shlok and swathi's love had innocence of first love, the dreams of a happy future which got broken when they faced the harsh reality of the world. I am happy with CVs on this point that they decided to kill swathi rather than to make her a vamp and pollute the lovestory she and shlok shared.

Coming to aastha, she did what she always do putting i the needs of others in front of her. I always defended aastha to my AT friends by saying that her loving shlok is the only selfish thing aastha has ever done for herself. Otherwise, she is always helping others and stuff but shlok is the one thing she wanted for herself and no wonder that today's she showed such big heart that may be god took pity on her .

Coming to aashlok, i think today when aastha ,swathi and shlok were all present, one thing was clear, swathi is the one shlok wanted but it was aastha's life he thought to save first. He was sad for swathi and himself but all i saw was affection for swathi in his eyes, the kind you have when you go back to an old place where you were raised and you look at the trees and your eyes shine with past.

My point is that the shlok who sat in front of swathi was not the same one whom swathi left. He is what time has made him, in past shlok belongs to swathi but the shlok present today is not the one who will listen to each and every whim of swathi or let her control him, he is a different man and that man loves aastha.

Waseem sir made us really sad but i guess we will cheer up with shlok because aastha won't let us stay sad for long. 😊

Beautiful post Neelum...and my feelings are similar to yours. Shloke of the past loved Swati (although I see it more as a very strong case of infatuation and not love) but the Shloke who exists now loves Astha. Swati has been shown to be very demanding and Shloke and Swati would not have survived now. Life moves on and does not wait for anyone.

Also the only selfish act of Astha's has been loving Shloke and putting him first.

Lovely post neelum...ur post is like a small ray of hope after a day of gloom..did not enjoy the episode..but enjoyed reading ur pov of it...Thank you buddy...

Awesome post Exactly my feelings aftr the episode.I am extremely glad they havnt made swati a vamp/villian . Shlok may take time cum out from this guilty mode, but thats okay now there is aastha to take care of him
But i badly want shlok to feel guilty whatever he did with aastha too
And im still wondering what was the need of psycho aditi charactet in all these mess

Ecellent post Neelum. It did make me sad and confused to see Shlok like that. Seeing shlok like that I could not focus on the plot. My mind went blank. So, even though I have mixed feelings i will watch it again n see yrs n Jonee's pov, that shlok has moved on n it was first love for him. Poor Aastha, felt bad for her.

I don't know what to consider in today's episode..😕

Acting was superb...!!

But that's the only thing for me...!!

I felt the story line was SO pathetic... 👎🏼!!! And I didn't feel that Aditi's motive was strong enough..!!

----A misunderstanding can happen..

----A break-up is also not unusual thing in these days..

----And Shlok was definitely NOT RESPONSIBLE for Swati's accident...

----There was inconsistency from the past story, as we were shown that Swati left Shlok for another man.. And in all those flashbacks, Swati seemed quite aggressive.. But today she was shown as a 'bechari'...

----If Swati's love was that 'unconditional', why didn't she give Shlok another chance? Why did she keep calling him 'selfish'? When she was leaving the city and Shlok was following and pleading her, she gave a 'damn' to him...!!

I felt Swati should not have died...

As I said many times in past, the real love test for Shlok would have been to able to chose Aastha over Swati...!!

But CVs killed Swati, to leave "Aastha as an only option for Shlok..."!!!

This is definitely not IPKKND that I expected...!!

I loved the episode for the way it was handled - the story of Shlok-Swati could have only gone from bad to worse. Letting her go would be painful but, keeping her would be cruel to Astha so, the better option is to let her go. A big thank you to the creators for that!

It was painful to watch Shlok taking in the state of his lost love and it was just heart breaking to see Swathi, an other innocent soul, suffering. Their love for each other somehow overshadowed everything else. It was so powerful since it was the first and the most genuine of its kind as they both chose each other willingly and wholeheartedly.

Although Shlok has changed, I felt that he totally diverted towards Swathi in those moments. I think there is more than just affection there but we know its otherwise from the spoilers so your take is more appropriate. Avinash was brilliant - just the right expressions in the right intensities.

Aditi's feelings were justifiable in a way and I am glad Astha stepped in to stop the police from taking her to the police (thanks to creators again!). She doesn't need imprisonment, she needs to be taken care of. Neha was amazing! She has beautiful expressive eyes!!!

You described Shlok so well - took the words right out of my mouth! Shlok and Avinash stood out for me today. I am glad both families were present - less explaining to do in the future - saves time and filler episodes 😛!! It was a great episode! Great post Neelum 😊
