Palak's brother to enter Kapil Sharma's show

Nine-year-old Akshat Singh, who impressed the likes of Karan Johar, Malaika Arora Khan and Kirron Kher with his dancing prowess, is all set to explore the comedy genre.

He has been roped in to play Palak's (Kiku Sharda) brother in Kapil Sharma's Comedy Nights With Kapil. Says a source associated with the show, "Whether or not the character becomes a permanent fixture will depend on the viewers' feedback. His entry will be aired this weekend." The child artiste has also been approached to participate in the dance reality show, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. Says a source from the dance reality show, "He is known for his dancing. It would be great to have him on the show. We are at an advanced stage of talks with him."
Akshat's father didn't revert to our text message. Recently, Akshat was invited as a guest on The Ellen DeGenres Show in Los Angeles.
