Just to ring takes bravery as she is constantly under threat and she didn't ring Shlok or Aastha as she knew they are on HM but I wished she had called Varad instead. Ringing home when Anjali has convinced herself she is powerless to help her is wasting her precious phonecall.

Her mom does nothing for her... Anjali very well knows how net daughter is being beaten and treated like a slave but she says to her daughter that stay there ... Because now that is your sasural ... I don't think shlook cares that much... If he did .. He would call her sister ten times in a day and ask her how she is...

Joyti tried to tell Anjali several times about her husband but she always turned her down, joyti has been tortured to such an extent that she is scared of her shadow too, that's why she's hesitant to talk to anyone except Astha, she even tried to call her.
