CHAPTER 45

Today was the haldi ceremony of taarey in the morning and in the evening sangeet ceremony.

All were working for the haldi ceremony. Only taani and rey were sitting in their rooms.

Both were msging each other.

"dekhna...sabse pehli haldi me tumhe lagaunga."

"he he...kaise rey?? U r not allowed in haldi ceremony."

"kaise bhi karke i will..."

"achha??dekhte hai.."

"ha dekhte hai.."

Taani was giggling reading rey's messages. He want to apply haldi on her first. But as elders said rey not allowed to come in haldi ceremony.

~*~

"rey beta...ready ho ke ek hour me niche aa jana.. " said his mom.

"ok mom..." said rey from his room.

Then he went in the kitchen. He saw a bowl of haldi was ready on the kitchen platform.

He smirked...he put a little haldi in a small round tin and put it in his pocket.

"mom me thodi der me aaya..." said rey and he ranout of the house.

"are rey...kaha ja rahe ho??" ask his mom but he didnt answer.

Taani was sitting on her bed when she saw rey coming in her room through the window .

"rey !!!! Aap yaha kya kar rahe ho?? " asked taani jumping out of the bed.

"kuch nahi...bas ese hi tumse milne aaya.." said rey while sitting on her bed.

"agar kisine dekh liya to?? Aap iss waqt kyu aaye rey??" ask taani worriedly.

She know that if anyone saw rey here it will create problem because rey is not allowed to attend haldi of taani.

"koi nahi dekhega...tum itna darti kyu ho??" said rey. He hold her wrist and pull her down on his lap. Taani was shocked with his gesture. He snaked his arm aroubd her waist.

"rey...kya kar rahe ho aap??" asked taani.

"nothing...i toldu na me hi tumhe sabse pehle haldi lagaunga...so m here.." said rey. He took out the round tin.

"ye kya hai rey??" taani asked while putting her hands around his neck.

"haldi..." said rey. He open it and took some haldi on his two fingers and gently apply it on her cheek.

Taani smiled at him...how everytime he surprice her with different different anticts.

"ab tum bhi mujhe lagao na." said rey.

Taani lean closer to him...more closer...his heartbeats were fast...his breath got heavier.

Taani rub her cheek with his cheek and apply haldi.

"taani????" someone shoit from outside.

Taani gasped and immidiately stand up.

"rey...aap jaldi jao...jaldi..." said taani. She started to pull him from thr bed. She drag him to the window.

"are ja raha hu taani...ek minute.." said rey and he kissed her cheek. "bye" he said winking at her and then he went from there.

Taani open the door. Sharon was standing there.

"itni der kyu lag gayi taani??" ask sharon while coming in the room. She started to look here and there.

"vo bhabhi me...wash ro me thi na isi liye..." said taani.

"ok...thik hai...chalo thodi der me niche aa jao...haldi ka tym ho raha hai." said sharon.

"ok bhabhi.." said taani.

Rey was running in the hall and nil and vicky were running behind him to catch him.

Rey refused to apply haldo on his body. He told them only to apply on his face but they denied. And as his mom try to apply haldi on his arms he stand up and start running.

"rey...ruko..." shout nil...

But rey didnt stop.

Finally after 15 minutes both caught rey and forcefully apply haldi on him. He was making annoyed faces and all other relatives were giggling at him.

-Taani-

Here taani was sitting , wearing a simple patiala dress. All the relatives started to apply haldi on her. Thanks to god no one notice the haldi rey apply on her cheek.

After haldi...taani and rey both took shower and now were waiting for the sangeet ceremony.

-Evening-

All the guests were present at singhania mention. The sangeet ceremony was held in singhania mension.

Rey was all ready in his sherwani.

he was standing with the boys except swayam. Swayam is from taani's side and girls are too from taani's side.

All were waiting for them.

"yaar kitni der lagate hai ye log.." said rey..

"rey...u r right..." said nil..

"guys i just called swayam...sab aa gaye hai ...front gate ke paas hai.." said vicky..

"i cant wait to see taani.." said rey..

"are...roz to dekhta hai tu usse..." said nil while patting his shoulder.

"ha...but aaj vo zyada pretty lagegi na...mom said after haldi ladka aur ladki zyada sundar dikhte hai.." said rey..

"oh esa hai kya...pehle batana chahiye tha na yaar...me bhi haldi laga leta." said vicky .

"e duffer.." nil hit his head.." haldi sirf dulhe ko lagai jaati hai...tu jab dulha banega tab double laga dena.." said nil and bharat and amar laugh at vicky.

"why laughing on my babu??" said neha as she hear everything.

"are neha...hum babu pe nahi has rahe hai.." said bharat..

"mujhe pata hai...mene sab suna ..mere babu ko pareshan mat karna..samjhe??" said neha..

"ha ha samajh gaye..." said nil bharat and amar.

"neha where are others??" ask rey..

"sab aa rahe hai...lo aa gaye.." said neha as she spot taani and all other relatives coming.

Taani was wearing a lehenga which was golden with purple. Taani was looking more pretty , because of the effect of haldi. Her waist was totally visible. Her curves were visible too. How much rey want to grab her waist tight but he cant do this here 😆😆.

Taarey's eyes met with eachother. Taani smilled at rey. Rey too smile at her but his smile vanished as he saw his mom took taani with him to tell the relatives that she is her bahu.

"hi guys..." said the girls. They came where the boys were standing.

Rey was still looking at taani and his mom. Taani was touching everyone's feet and all were giving her blessing.

Sw's parents, taani's parents and taani's chacha chachi were sitting comfortably.

Rahul and riya were doing masti , running here and there.

Swayam notice rey looking at taani.

"jijaji...thoda wait karo...kal se tere hi ghar aa jayegi vo.." said swayam.

Rey look at swayam embarrased and smilled.

After few minutes...light went dim.

"ladies and gentelman..." said simmi..

"lets begin the ceremony...the first performer...sharon.." said simmi and spotlight fell on sharon. She was wearing a saree.

She danced on the song "chalka chalka re kalsi ka paani.."..(imagine taani ki sagai wala dance..)

After her performence finished all clap for sharon.

After sharon...

swayam vicky and neha performe on the song mahi ve from kal ho na ho...

After that nil and simmi performe on dilli wali girlfriend.

After that rinni bharat and amar performe on the song radha...

Everyone were enjoying alot. Taarey were sitting together , stealing glances with each other.

sharon and other girls drag taani and rey in the middle.

O ladke divane, kaha se aaya tu
Dulhan ko le jane kaha se aaya tu
O ladke divane, kaha se aaya tu
Dulhan ko le jane kaha se aaya tu

They start dancing around rey while singing this lines.

Sing rey..

Sing taani..

Sing rey holding her hand in his..

na ji na ji

Taani take back her hand and start walking from there.

Arre tu ha kar ya na kar teree marjee soniye
Ham tujhko uthakar le jayenge, dolee me bithakar le jayenge

Rey sing this lines and boys join him in dancing.

Ham ghar me kahee chhup jayenge, sang tere nahee ham aayeng

Sing taani and girls join her dancing.

O gore gore mukhde walee, o kale kale nainon walee
Maan meraa ehsan ke maine han kar dee

Rey start dancing around her and made her to dance with him holding her waist...

(Tu varna kunwaari reh jaati
Yeh shaadi hamaari reh jaati) - 2

Rey left her and went where the boys were dancing while he was pointing his finger toward taani and was singing this lines.

Chal pyar karegi

Rey hold her wrist and stop her from going away.

ha ji ha ji

Taani turn to face him..

mere sath chalegi..

Rey pull her closer and sing.

na ji na ji

Taani push rey slightly and ran to the girls.

Arre tu haan kar ya na kar teri marzi soniye
Hum tujhko uthaakar le jaayenge
Doli mein bithaakar le jaayenge

Rey and the boys danced on this lines...

Hum ghar mein kahin chhup jaayenge
Sang tere nahin hum aayenge

Taani show her tounge to rey and continue dancing with the girls.

Hum apni sajaniya le jaayenge
Hum apni dulhaniya le jaayenge

Rey ran toward taani and taani too start running...but rey caught her and he scoop her in his arms.

Hum apni dulhaniya le jaayenge

Rey twirl her round and round.

Swayam and sharon pull rey's mom dad taani's mom dad sw's mom dad and sw's chacha chachi in the middle and all dance together.

Taani was still in rey's hands. All were dancing crazily. Finally rey put her down and taani hugged rey. Rey's arms were around her back and waist. Rey tightly grab her waiat making her gasp.

"rey...ab chodo mujhe...sab dekh rahe hai.."said taani..

"no..." said rey..

"rey leave me na...plz..." said taani and she start to tickling him. Immidiately rey leave her as she tickle him.

"are jijaji...idhar aaiye na..." swayam pull rey in between the boys and dance crazily.

rey drag taani with him in the kitchen with out any one's notice.

"rey...aap kaha le ja rahe ho mujhe??" ask taani.

"shh...chupchap chalo na.." said rey..

They reach in the kitchen.

"rey kya baat hai.??" ask taani.

But rey pin her to the nearby wall and put his finger on her lips.

"kab se kuch kehna chahta tha tumhe.." said rey..

"ha boliye na rey..."

"vo...tum na bahot hi..." rey wrap his arm around her waist..

"me bahot hi.."

"bahot hi zyada pretty lag rahi ho.." said rey looking into his eyes.

"hmmm...aur aap bhi bahot handsome lag rahe ho..." said taani while wrapping her hands around his neck.

"ohh..to apne handaome hubby ko dekh kar tumhe kuch kuch ho nahi raha..." aak rey in his naughty tone.

"nahi...mujhe kuch bhi nahi ho raha hai..." said taani with a smirk and she peck his nose.

"but mujhe bahot kuch ho raha hai tum dono ko ese dekh kar.." said swayam who was here to drink water and he caught taarey.

Taarey imidiately left each other.

"vo bhai...hum...vo..." taani was stammering.

"chalo...ghar jana hai vapas...aur rey..kal vo yahi pe aa jayegi tab vo 24 hours tere sath hi rahegi..abhi ke liye usse chod de. .ok??" said swayam controlling his smile and he went away.

Taani and rey look at each other and smilled shipeeshly.

After the crazy sangeet ceremony taani and her family bid bye to singhania's.
