I've noticed this kind of thing happens alot bcoz they do the close-ups later after the scene is shot. I have seen these kind of off target looks in many episodes. What i thought funny was it felt like he was imitating aastha as he does in his interviews with shaking his head bcoz she does that in real lives(moves alot) and he enjoy taking the micky out of her in the interviews.
